41:00 This is called "Soft Aim" and was a cheat that was infamous in TF2 (and CS) back in the day. How it worked was when you fired, the millisecond before it would snap the aim to the target (usually the head) and in the tick after the shot their aim snaps back to where they were aiming. This guy is 100% using some sort of Soft Aim.
"soft aim" generally refers to low FOV aimbots, where the crosshair only snaps a small radius around a target, or only moves at a certain, non-instantaneous rate. This is "silent aim" which is where the player's perspective doesn't change, but the ticks sent to the server say the character hit their shots
But we’ve also seen character model and replay glitches all the time. He could’ve just as easily been staring that angle down the whole time. If the game was properly working…
Btw, a macro by definition is multiple actions from one keypress. Thus, rebinding reload to a side mouse button is not a macro, but binding prone and shoot the same button is.
He still would've been caught, you can identify the sender of the clip by certain screen effects that only apply to the sender, like the darkened border after dying only working for the sender, regardless of who you watch from.
The only potential saving grace I can give that second one is that he pre-aimed common angles, and when he got one of the line ups, he was also looking at the edge of the exposed part of the hallway

I've seen people do stuff like the border guy before. They aim head level at common peek spots and then react headshot the enemy, so I'm not entirely sold on them being a cheater. Them being a champion multiple times also makes me think that they've just played the game every day and gotten to the point where their gameplay looks suspicious, and again you mean to tell me this person has been a champion three different seasons and nobody ever thought he was cheating and reported him ? That to me is the most suspicious part about the whole thing.

It's pretty sensible to challenge angle A and then check your ass to make sure you're not getting pinched. In this situation it definitely paid off but sometimes it doesn't and we don't talk about the times it doesn't lol

He sees him run, so switches to trying to bang him through the soft wall, and gets the down, then the kill. Does some prefire shit to beepers because he knows Aruni has been there, runs to office, doesn't kill the office player because he's not hacking and couldn't beat that angle, goes back to beepers to take the easier fight, hears Mira rotate loud as fuck, sees a sliver of her on top metal and gets the kill. Aruni swings him beepers when she shouldn't have, Iana gets the kill. Then obv the rest of the round unfolds with him very obviously not hacking. He drones downstairs bc for all he knows smoke dropped a hatch or something, hears smoke up top so Iana drops, etc. It was a quick 4k yeah but every kill was clean and the enemies were swinging like monkeys into him.

On the gridlock on the bed gun fight, I don't think gridlock reacted slow, I think match replay doesn't replicate peekers advantage. So Wamai probably saw her at the right time the replay showed, but gridlock saw him after.
trying guy was totally cheating, you can see his entire thought process, you can literally relive his perspective as you see the enemy and how he reacts perfectly to them even when they arent making and any sounds, when theyre outside and the suspect happens to always be waiting in the perfect spot are pretty obvious signs

I always wonder how boring it has to be to just cheat your way through a game. Playing well, learning a game for the first time can be challenging, but over time it feels rewarding compared to cheaters who take the easy way out when it comes to games.
One thing that I think some people don't think about when watching replays with players highlighted is that if you just watched any given match with decent players, there will be multiple times in the match where it looks like somebody is staring right at the enemy through a wall. That is NOT an obvious sign of a cheater, its only if it happens many times or with egregious tracking that it becomes a sign of a hacker.
Had a kind of funny game a few days ago, literally get into an unranked game and a guy on the enemy team says "I'm getting banned in 30 seconds" and not even 5 seconds later "Removed by battleye"...
I’m a bit late but round five the guy has a chest called silent aim. It basically draws an FOV circle only he can see and anywhere within that circle it automatically directs his shots to the head

I think it would be cool if they had a vetting squad for getting champion. Like if some devs or someone at ubi reviewed 3 of the player’s matches and also how many reports they’ve had stuff like that. It would ensure that the really best of the best get up there. I also would love if they had a guardian type thing like CSGO where plat+ can review other players’ matches and determine if they were cheating. Then I’d say 10 people all determine a player is guilty, they’ll be banned
I think a good addition would be when people are sending these to Varisty they should be saying what rank they are in. It would then make sense why some of these plays are crazy to people in silver/bronze compared to those in gold/plat/diamond ya know?
the issue with siege is a lot of things can look like hacks I have enough clips to make a 5-minute Tage of me getting accused of being a cheater, but I was a champion on console and diamond 1 on pc. the issue is people dont understand the game mindset top players have along with the settings we have. for instance 5 of my clips are audio based wall bangs and prefires. and people dont understand audio is key aim is secondary and prefire everything
Most companies: Match Replay had many bugs, such as sound issues and walls not showing up as destroyed, so we changed that! Oobisoft: Match Replah is worse now lmao
The problem with the second match is I don't see any tracking. The first kill seemed fair. See the target, shoot through the soft wall they are hiding behind, and kill the injured. The second kill may have been a call out or he was aiming to prepare around the corner but the guy was peaking across the stairs right where his cross-hair landed while preparing for the corner. I didn't see tracking there. 3rd guy was running up the stairs which would be easy to figure out. He even aimed where the other guy had peaked from and adjusted to look in the other part of the stairs and got him. Didn't see any tracking there. He knew where the 4th guy was and was probably expecting a peak from there. I see a mix of siege timing with either good call outs or game sense. I didn't see any tracing or toggling there. If I could hear the call outs given than it would be easier to figure out but we don't have that so I can't say one or the other I just can see there wasn't really any tracking. You can watch it at .5 or even .25 speed. I could be wrong tho.

I play on console so everything is fucked there and at some points it’s almost impossible to play with server issues, mnk, and blatant cheaters that never get banned. I have about 500 hours played and I’ve seen the battle eye message pop up 1 time

On the 7th round before it looks like he toggled you can actually see castle right before he makes that full turn
Guy in Match 5 is most likely Hitbox Expanding (HBE), so that's why he can shoot anywhere near the target and get a headshot.

On the gridlock on the bed gun fight, I don't think gridlock reacted slow, I think match replay doesn't replicate peekers advantage. So Wamai probably saw her at the right time the replay showed, but gridlock saw him after.
Something about these catching hackers videos is so interesting and fun to watch
trying guy was totally cheating, you can see his entire thought process, you can literally relive his perspective as you see the enemy and how he reacts perfectly to them even when they arent making and any sounds, when theyre outside and the suspect happens to always be waiting in the perfect spot are pretty obvious signs

I always wonder how boring it has to be to just cheat your way through a game. Playing well, learning a game for the first time can be challenging, but over time it feels rewarding compared to cheaters who take the easy way out when it comes to games.

One thing that I think some people don't think about when watching replays with players highlighted is that if you just watched any given match with decent players, there will be multiple times in the match where it looks like somebody is staring right at the enemy through a wall. That is NOT an obvious sign of a cheater, its only if it happens many times or with egregious tracking that it becomes a sign of a hacker.

I’m a bit late but round five the guy has a chest called silent aim. It basically draws an FOV circle only he can see and anywhere within that circle it automatically directs his shots to the head

I think it would be cool if they had a vetting squad for getting champion. Like if some devs or someone at ubi reviewed 3 of the player’s matches and also how many reports they’ve had stuff like that. It would ensure that the really best of the best get up there.
I also would love if they had a guardian type thing like CSGO where plat+ can review other players’ matches and determine if they were cheating. Then I’d say 10 people all determine a player is guilty, they’ll be banned

I think a good addition would be when people are sending these to Varisty they should be saying what rank they are in. It would then make sense why some of these plays are crazy to people in silver/bronze compared to those in gold/plat/diamond ya know?

the issue with siege is a lot of things can look like hacks I have enough clips to make a 5-minute Tage of me getting accused of being a cheater, but I was a champion on console and diamond 1 on pc. the issue is people dont understand the game mindset top players have along with the settings we have. for instance 5 of my clips are audio based wall bangs and prefires. and people dont understand audio is key aim is secondary and prefire everything

The problem with the second match is I don't see any tracking. The first kill seemed fair. See the target, shoot through the soft wall they are hiding behind, and kill the injured. The second kill may have been a call out or he was aiming to prepare around the corner but the guy was peaking across the stairs right where his cross-hair landed while preparing for the corner. I didn't see tracking there. 3rd guy was running up the stairs which would be easy to figure out. He even aimed where the other guy had peaked from and adjusted to look in the other part of the stairs and got him. Didn't see any tracking there. He knew where the 4th guy was and was probably expecting a peak from there. I see a mix of siege timing with either good call outs or game sense. I didn't see any tracing or toggling there. If I could hear the call outs given than it would be easier to figure out but we don't have that so I can't say one or the other I just can see there wasn't really any tracking. You can watch it at .5 or even .25 speed. I could be wrong tho.
