It's very difficult for any man, who's both the leader of a church and his own household, to balance these responsibilities in his life. However, it takes Godly wisdom, to maintain Christ centrally, setting priorities with your family and professional duties, etc. Again each pastor is different in their approaches but should definitely seek Biblical guidance and council from other pastors, elders, deacons, and spouses too.
