Awesome to hear!!! I guess at the end of the day, the plates are on the way out, but with decent fluid and proper operation of that cluth lever, they will keep going for while.
I used sand blasting on my FZ6 and i entirely lost my clutch, the disk were so grabby that it doesnt slip at all, and they eat my clutch fibers in about half an hour. I thinkg you should stick to sand paper or a less abrassive as possible medium, you just want to take out the brightness. I ended up changing the disks and the fibers altogether to fix the sandblasting damage.

david get some hylomar m its a form of rtv made by rolls royce it is the best gasket maker and really good for leaky bimmers it is water fuel and oil resistant and sensor safe and it is sold in australia cheers glenn
Lovely Video! My gear shifting on 2019 Suzuki V-Strom 250 becomes very hard after about 15 minutes of riding. You think I need clutch plates after 8000 miles?

The spring plate have torque.. u need close them not to tight and not to loose. U need do it with torque tool. Not by feel of the hand.

so when the clutch slipped under high RPM, did the engine feel like it was shaking harder then normal?
Mine hydrologic clutch when i kick down doesn't go into gear , just making like a rattling sound do you think the lever has come loose?
My Suzuki Burgman 650 recently started vibrating too much. The wet clutch being the culprit

Is that a slipper/grabber clutch? I never heard of two steels in a row? Seems like that would be asking for slipping.
thanks lot for the expeeiences-hendrix scale

Just had to start drinking WD40 😂
Thanks,I was tearing my hair out .
My bike is new and the clutch is jumpy as I let it out in first gear.
Any idea ?
Could be a clutch break in issue. If it’s new, might be worth speaking to the dealsr
I'm looking at a bike and the guy says that he had to pop the clutch to start it up how do I fix it
look at alternate methods for turning the engine over. Kick start or Starter motor.
Hi, do you have a link for disk for a dct gearbox of 335i , I’d like to fix it
Unfortunately we havent done anything with replacing them on the DCTs
Yeeeeah Dave. Bike sounds 👌👌👌
my r3 is slipping ( i assume ) when full throttle. engine just revs super high with no power, do you know how i could fix this?
How much did your bike run before this happened?
My brand new ninja 400 is doing this. I have free play in the lever and it still occasionally does it
Sounds like your clutch is on the way out. Any chance its under warranty?

@@JakeBlake00 getting the stiffer springs and adjusting the clutch cable to leave a little more play got rid of the issue
whats the problem if the clutch slips when i put on high rpm.? I replaced the clutch lining but still slipping.
Is the lever adjusted properly.
I've always thought that might work. Thanks for the confirmation.
Any time!
