We don't like immigration agents - the ones' that aren't authorized by ICCRC and qualified to help you with your application in exchange for money - first of all, it's not legal to do that, and second of all, it's so easy that you don't really need paid help! We are a young couple who started their Canadian Immigration journey in 2018 and moved to Canada 3 days before the pandemic hit in March 2020. Over the course of our application, we have seen so many people getting screwed over by greedy / fraudulent and unauthorized immigration consultants who promise you the world in exchange for thousands of dollars and deliver a whole lot of NOTHING; to an extent that in many cases, the applications get rejected, due to their negligence.
Therefore, we are taking matters in our own hands. After months of research and our own experience of applying for a Canadian PR, we came up with an e-book series & this TH-cam channel which would include - errors to avoid, perfect sample documents (my own) and alternate ways of immigrating to Canada - 100 pages of absolute goldmine between these 3 e-books - no filters, no premium versions to these ebooks... everything is out there FOR FREE, for you to read and execute the process yourself! Hey guys congratulations.... Could you make a video on how you got your parents visa approved, what all you mentioned in the LOI, LOE etc....?? Will really appreciate that.

The onus is on your parents and not much on us - it’s fairly straightforward. Please don’t put the duration of over 2-3 weeks. Get their land deed, if possible. Include their bank statements. You can include your compensation statement and your current residence details (should you have another room).
My partner and I live in Canada, and some of the move reasons were the exact things that we looked for in our next apartment (we are moving from Montreal to Vancouver, and recently found a condo for rent) - a washer and dryer in the same floor without going to the basement, a dishwasher to save washing time, and more space to fit a king bed without blocking the room, and the last thing - enough sunlight and fresh air.

Lol in another year again?? but I do understand your situation - it’s not easy.. guys if you can pls fix the sound + music as in your voice is low when we increase the volume to hear you it’s ok but then the music is very loud so have to reduce the volume again..Would be great if you could fix that! How to rent an apartment or a room before shifting to canada? Literally no response on Kijiji? Rented airbnb for initial days but how to go find a room or apartment in 1 week post reaching there or before reaching there? No luck on FB marketplace
Check Craigslist for the city you want to rent in. Always view apartment in person and then pay. Lots of scams so be careful not to send money from India. 1 week is usually enough to find a good basement suite or apartment. Best of luck 👍
My Only Advice to you Guys is to Select a Peaceful Neighborhood for your Parents. With Construction is background it will be nuisance all the time.
