Sort of hard to get the message here i feel, wich I think more or less you have been pretty good with earlier. Alot of studies support microneedeling to combat hairloss, as you yourself has stated. You stop only using roller and now only pen? This dosnt ad up.
@@hejpadej8559 I only stopped with the derma roller. I use microneedling as a treatment and I believe in its synergy with topical products like minoxidil for combating hair loss but prefer to use better devices that don't cause unnecessary scarring.
I got better results with a derma roller when I stopped trying to get those blood spots on my scalp . I just lightly press as if to just cause like how scratching your skin with your fingernails would like like
There are studies which show derma roller improves significant hair gworth in combination with minoxidil vs a group without minoxidil... and they also say, you should not use much pressure.
he knows - he just clickbaited the title to get more views and listed some drawbacks to dermaneedling the wrong way
Can hair loss shampoo help them keep hair regrowth. If they stop using the hair loss treatment? Or if they cut down to regaine twice a week but use hair loss shampoo as well well that help them keep the hair regrowth?
Buy a dermastamp or derminator, put it on 1.5mm and do it once every 10 days
derma roller can also be just pushed like a stamp without rolling it, plus it's wireless.
wait, did you just stop dermarolling? or did you stop microneedling altogether?
after using the derma roller i got no scars, it was just red for a few minutes am i use it wrong or not
is it worth to just micro needle if i dont use any topicals? i have mpb
You should have talked about the derma stamp.
Or derma pen
@@wolfjaeger7 wanted to write the same, +1
Thanks bro I was considering buying a 0.5 mm derma roller..but was a bit skeptical…so I searched it up..
How long after a transplant can I use a derma pen?
The problem with derma roller is it may scar your scalp and you end up losing existing hair if you dont do it right !!
So how do you do it right then?
Stopped derma rolling a couple of years ago for similar reasons. I now use retinol with minoxidil.
You use retinol on your Scalp? Why
@@electricadjusting It's said to enhance your results when combined with minoxidil.
How are the results..... have been doing the same for a couple of weeks now, and was thinking of introducing derma-rolling with a derma pen.
Please guide me too, somebody else told me too, to use retinol.
Please guide me on how to use it.
Please tell your experience using retinol on scalp
I have been using derma pen for 2 years instead ,it was the best choice I have made
Dermapens rip your hair out too unless tight buzz cut.
This is great research!
matt you should do a DHT test to know the systemic absorbtion of Toopical Finasterde
minoxidil doesn't block dht
He said fin@@user333r
Can you please fill us in on your visit to absolute hair clinic?
Buddy can popping pimples at 2 months going 3 months, can you lose your hair follicle / or distroy your hair graft , if it bleeds a little after popping?
Don't pop bro. Just don't. If it doesn't subside after 1-2 weeks see a dermatologist they can cut it open. But don't pop! It can cause lots of nasty problems that you don't want to deal with.
I stopped Micro-needling because the results didn’t justify the pain of every session.
Are there any options worth it? I'm on the fence about shaving my head.
I did PRP with micro needling plus the laser cap I did 10 sessions $10,000 down the drain and a very painful 1 hour sessions. And minoxidil gave me face breakouts Ughhh used some of my savings for that painful procedure that didn’t work 😞
But I like the pain….
@@shz4478 then keep doing it
Hey , just a simple question from me - do you get rid of a set of micro needle cartidge straight after use or store it in some liquid? could you please share some insight into how you store your cartidges ? thanks
I spray the cartridge with 70% alcohol before and after use (in case I am re-using the same one).
@@letsgethair thank you for the response!
If I'm only using oral min and oral fin, is there anybreason to even begin microneedling? Does this only help if applying topical products?
Microneedling with the the pen he suggested always heloy promote. You will get better results when combined with what you are already using.
Matt, i know your using topical finasteride are you able to share your solution and where do you buy yours, im looking for a a very minimal dosage i want to try avoid side effects, i heard 000.5 and 000.25 gives you less chance of side effects, is this true ?
I am using the 000.25 dosage of finasteride once/2 days and I still got the side effect, and after a month with low libido, I stopped using it 😂
But fortunately minoxidil and dermaroller help me regrow my hair, so I am lucky that I don't need to use finasteride.
@@mohamadhafidal-ahyar2253 what minxodil are you using bro? Foam or liquid? Also what is the vol?
What I really wanna know is...why the hell does derma rolling make me sneeze? 😖
😂😂😂 happens with me too
me too
I've used 0.5mm derma roller for months and found them ineffective. I think the main purpose would be combined with minoxidil, but I don't want to start on that yet. I think you are correct that it does more surface damage to the skin in the form of scarring, and the gains are not worth it. It's only a matter of time before you pluck out good hairs, or get noticeable scarring, or perhaps infection if you don't clean the needles, or get bent needles.
I used derma roller 0.5mm with rosemary oil for a month and got really good results
I had long hair like 5cm and when my hair falls down i also got a smaller hair falling down that means there is a hair growing
The falling hair was also normal but then i used 1.5mm and my hair got bad so i switched to 0.5mm again cuz 1.5mm was maybe too much
I started using my derma roller as a derma stamp and it's a game changer.
What derma stamp you are using
@@nl4431 a generic cheap derma roller
"I started using my useless treatment with an expensive useless thing and it's a waste of money."
@@alteredstate4320 maybe for you
@@alteredstate4320lol it works 😂.
can needling stimulate growth on areas, where probably you didnt have hair? To correct naturally unpretty hairline, not from hairloss
Sadly, no. If you don’t have hair to grow there, you can’t grow there
Make video on phase 2 results from gt20029!
So are you saying it’s just the derma roller that’s no good? But a stamp or pen may be worth it??
Exactly
Matt, throw that dermaroller in the bin. I was warned three years ago by one of the top hair loss surgeons that it's just a weird gimmick that will bring nothing except damaged hair and scalp. He was so right. It's just an easy money maker for people who are trying to enter this market and make money because they can't do anything else. Those people should be locked up in jail.
did he recommended something else?
Yeah....
The surgeon who shills hair surgery is lying?
Studies are showing the opposite though…
It's literally been proven to work tho .
Do it then. Go on. You think you know better than several top surgeons who all said the same thing. Have you asked yourself who did the studies, do they have conflicts of interest. You have got to start listening. Stop going the cheap route. Piggy back off all my hundreds of dollars consultations. It’s a dumb stupid ritual where people who wish they were drs could make a quick buck. I challenge you to do it for 6 months and then let’s see where you are at. Did you know there were studies showing mushrooms and broccoli work to. Wake up and stop trying to chase the easy fix. It is a dangerous, useless gimmick.
Is it true that the cartridges of a dermapen are single use?
100% but I personally re-use them 1-2 more times with proper disinfection before and after use. After 3 times I tend to throw them away because they are not as sharp anymore and this can even hurt more
Getting tired is probably the most common reason people stop
And barely any visible results
@@louishappy7555 it makes hair grow everywhere lol. Minoxidol is absorbed much better.
in other words, use a derma pen rather than a derma roller, and use longer needles?
He is just blabbering about misinformation. Hair derma roller should be 0.5-1.5mm. And if you do it gently it will not behave like his animation shows. Skin has some elasticity, its not tofu.
My friend please your help.im losing multi hair strands on washing.i mean pairs of multi grafts in one after 2 years of HT.Is that possible? Will the be back ? What do u think ?
Keep in mind I'm in2,5 months of my second HT
He aint gonna know. Ask your doc and they will likely claim shockloss. Depending where, and how dense second ht was, your blood supply may have been compromised short or long term. Praying for you.
But they cant know because its a guessing game. Youll have to wait and find out
Prob just shafts not actual grafts. Contact the doc asap
@Goodhello369 have you ever heard this before ? My second HT was only 1000 grafts.the truth is I had very hard time psychologically last 2 months with very poor nutrition.
@Goodhello369 do u think that these multi hair shafts can grow back ?
@@Ws-tc5jb really depends. Very likely will but everyone is different. Call your doc and get atleast their nurse on the phone. They know your chart. The best thing is not to stress right now. Stress leads to loss. Hopefully youve been taking finasteride and minoxidil. Or equivalents. Along with balanced diet. Otherwise dont expect to keep the hair either. Wishing you success!
Video on gt20029 results?
I’m switching to a derma stamp
I just ordered one for my beard, I’m gonna see how it works
Hi matt, do you HT More than three session? ?
Hi. Is shedding after second DHI Transplant shorter?
Derma Roller+sea salt+ rosemary oil. You are good to go!!
why sea salt?
I stopped when the dermaroller was basically ripping hair out no matter what I did with longer hair
Replace it with a derma stamp then
I think your hairfall on top is getting agressive after quitting oral minoxidil,,,do you think to continue it again ??
Not sure how you concluded it. It is not getting aggressive at all
I dont disagree with the points but you are like Norwood 2 at least. Many of us have severe balding or receding without hair transplants so it doesn't compute. I still use a dermaroller and I am bringing myself from a Norwood 7 plus backwards after a decade. I lay out my theories and proofs on my channel.
He Norwood 0
Norwood 2 after transplants. He’s points still stand regardless, DermaRoller is not good for anyone to use.
@@FactsDontCareAboutFeelings_97 Anyone? Never heard that.
Update on GT20029 ?
posted on the channel a couple of days ago
So is needling at all at no sense or only roller needling?
correct, only roller needling
@@letsgethair thank you for our last telephone consulting also.
But what about dermastamp?
They don't roll the blade in
better
Let me explain you guys in according to title it has been patched
Personally, I like rollers better. The punchy snap jabs of the automated pens actually caused me quite a bit of trauma to my scalp. The rollers never do that. You just need to buy your rollers from a proven source, and not be afraid of spending a decent amount of money for a quality product. I usually go with Gin Amber's rollers. They're more expensive than Amazon's rollers, but I know they're actual medical grade needles. If you pay cheap, cheap is exactly what you'll get.
Me to . It works for me. 5 years in run
What size do you use??
Nobody complies anyway
Do you recommend Dr. Pen ?
he doesn't recommend any
ye pen rollers non work lol
Kevin mann proved that was bs.
The classic ol' fina / duta + minoxidil is always the best treatment.
Not agree.
You should antisepticise it after/before using.
Use it 2/3 times a week. The more would be bad.
I think the vital point, everyone missing it: you should do it with scalp massage with fingertips. Before / after derma roller, should do this massage.
And biotin and drinking much water and sone work outs
Then boom..
Yeah but you’re not recommending anything …. I don’t agree with your statement but thanks
jerma roller
I stopped it in 2022 summer
It's a nonsense anyway!
People should stop trying to please society and just accept and be yourself.
True, but then the whole capitalism model would collapse
I tried roller, pen and stamp. stamp is my fav so far!
Is it worth it? Do you see results?
@@babyreps365Hard to tell. My hair looks bad at the moment. Dont know if its because I switched to topical fin or because I stopped needeling. Lets see if I can recover 😅
Seems to me they would just cut, destroy existing hairs.
A TH-camrs a question to make minds complicated... this s going worse day by day
boring
You have any degree? Otherwise I dont listen
yeah, hair practicioner, but I am no doctor
