    Madam ask lang po so maganda sating may psoriasis ang YAKULT? Mukhang maganda din po ung GUT right food supplement po cya ?

      Hello po. In my opinion po, ok naman si yakult dahil sa prebiotics kaya lang po dairy po ata yung base nya (which is inflammatory). I suggest mag-take na lang po kayo ng prebiotic supplements na dairy-free. Haven’t heard of GUT right supplement po kaya di po ako makakapag-comment about it. Hope this helps po. Happy healing! 💚

    My doctor told me to avoid eating chicken and seafoods. Sa fish naman di ako pwede sa tilapia. Also, I can only eat tuna if it is fresh..😢

      Sorry to hear that sis. But you can always explore other types of fish like bangus, galunggong, tambakol, and other local fatty fishes. Also, tofu is a great alternative for meat. Happy healing po! 💚

    I really learned a lot from your previous video (I left a comment on it) and this one as well. I have 2 question: in terms of nuts, I'm crazy for almonds...are they ok for psoriasis? And if I give up any grains..can I just eat sweet potatoes as a form of carb? Loobin pupunta ako kami ni asawa ko sa Pinas and live there next year. May maraming malusog ng prutas at gulay din. I enjoy this video kasi I'm learning tagalog 😊 Salamat.

      Lemon and calamansi are considered acids but when they enter our system, they become very alkaline. Mabuti po sila sa atin unless you are allergic. Thank you!

    l am roland beleno, 61 years old with psoriasis..a new subscriber in your channel..i am taking en plus adult nutritional powder drink..is it considered dairy products which is bad in psoriasis?

      I am not sure if it has dairy in it but to be sure po, you can check the ingredients of it has milk in it. If it has po, you may want to stop drinking it because dairy is very inflammatory. You can always swap it with soy milk which is also high in calcium po. Hope this helps. 💚

    Egg is Ok for RA. I great suggest you to take Arthron 5 a Canadian natural product. food will not help at all.

      As of now, wala pa po akong alam na substitute. Been trying to make something pero hindi pa din po sya pareho. So what I do po is I make white sauce na lang using non-dairy cream. :)

    Really happy I chanced across your videos on psoriasis. I live in Arctic Canada and my psoriasis has gotten ten times worse. No meds or doctors out here, so diet is my only real option. So I appreciate the time you’ve put into this. Really great job!

      Probiotic drink can really help too. But it take time to heal the guts and body. The Japanese have a probiotic product called EM technology. It is called LACTO too. Go to the youtube or internet google to get the formula to produce your own probiotic drink.

      Fellow Canadian here, make sure you are supplementing with LOTS of vitamin D3 + K2. Like 10-12,000 iu per day. Helped me a ton, and eat healthy fats like wild caught salmon. Cut back on dairy, gluten and sugar.

      Honestly at the moment po, moisturize lang po kayo using coconut oil. You’ll be fine. Less is more :)

      I highly recommend coconut oil. Mura pa sa Pinas. Do not use palm oil. Olive oil is good too. Good luck po. 💜

      I will do a video po about different substitutes for suka, toyo, etc. But for the mean time, you can use apple cider vinegar as replacement for white vinegar po and coconut sugar as subs for regular cane sugar. I will share a lot of recipes din po. Thank you po for watching! ❤️
