    all these Inspiring stories have a connection in some way:
    *1rst: have a traumatic event as a child and turn to food as the only escape*
    *2nd: get overweight from the overdose of food and become insecure*
    *3rd: something happens and they realize they can't keep living like this*
    *4th: starts eating healthy and exercising, or has a weight loss surgery*
    *5th: loses a lot of weight, but has a lot of excess skin*
    *and 6th: either gets an extra skin removal surgery or learn to live with it*
    *7th: live happy with their new skin (literally) and have a better life!*
    I love these stories, and feel like I can do anything after watching them! Bless who ever didn't give up and worked hard to be healthy again! (or reconnect with their mental health) ❤

    My heart just broke for him when he was talking about his parents' divorce ☹️. Divorce can be so hard on kids too begin with, and to compound that with one parent trying to keep the other away from the child/children, or be it one parent not putting enough effort into maintaining a stable relationship with their child/children, can mentally destroy children. It's a recipe for so many bad "habits", but I'm really proud of him for recognizing he deserved more than what he was giving himself. I'm happy he found his happiness ❤️. Talking about the first story btw lol.
    Second story: excess skin, or no excess skin, that's a gorgeous woman. Good on her for what she's done for herself ❤️
    I'd really like an update on the last story. Really curious to know if she was able to get her vein issues under control and have the skin removal surgery. She's worked so hard, and is obviously so deserving of that reward at the end ☹️

    I hope the first young man is back in touch with his Dad, and if he isn’t, I hope he earnestly tries to find his Father. The failed relationship your parents had with each other should NOT spill over into the relationship with the child. If it does, it’s called Parental Alienation Syndrome and it’s horrible for both the estranged parent and the child! Prayers for you & your Dad to reconnect if you haven’t already. God bless! ✝️

    Why does everyone blame something for getting to fat

    • @Kementiri
      @Kementiri 4 ปีที่แล้ว +24

      Because almost 100% of the time there is an underlying problem as to why you're overeating. That's why.

    • @seaottar25
      @seaottar25 4 ปีที่แล้ว +17

      Because eating is a coping mechanism when things get bad mentally for people. Some people cut, some people starve, some people hoard, but all of these are coping mechanisms. It’s not blaming it on something, it’s a product of a more serious problem. It’s time to be more understanding of mental health.

      Human beings have never lived in such a world where high calorie foods full of fat and sugar are so abundant, widely available and accessible. Without practising self control we would all be overweight and with sugar being 6 times more addictive than cocaine, its no wonder obesity is such an issue.
