  • Sorry I drop a F bomb at 1:05 lol. Had a blast washing rocks with Jason, Kurtis and Jordan but the solo trips are always best results hahaha. Total dig time is around 16 hrs it is a 2.5 hr drive and 1km walk with my gear every trip out. Not gunna hit my season goal stupid work got in the way but cant complain. Still have couple more weeks before it freezes so hope to get out couple more times. Gunna get back to rc stuff soon living in Canada prospecting season is only for a short time so I take full advantage of it. Thumbs up and sub for more!! thanks for watching!!

    what kind of setup did you need for this? like the $50 prospector license covers this? or did you nee to stake a claim as well ?

    • @IKOKNIGHT780
      @IKOKNIGHT780 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I'm sure he has a license. Maybe went out a couple of days and found a good producing spot. Then probably made a claim. They don't last for very long. So he probably busted his ass and accumulated as much as he could before the claim ran out.
      I live in edmonton and prospect with a buddy all the time. The amount of flour gold u can get from creeks beside the river is insane. As well as platinum and silver . Many drain run offs from city streets. U pick up a lot of scrap precious metals from vehicles catalytic converters , and etcetera. Plus the flooding every year brings in new gold to find. It's a blast.

    At 4:40 you can see the tailings piles from many previous days digging. Surely that piece of shoreline has been worked out by now. If there is enough flow to bring in a new lot of gold it would have washed away the tailings from previous digs. I don't seek gold, only watch videos and make observations... ;-)

    • @tylertexx9344
      @tylertexx9344  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah this river has been dug hard, also had lots of bucket dredges ripping it up years ago, you can still find nice pockets of gold and it does wash new ground every spring the river is around 10ft deeper with crazy current.
