Im a critical care RN involved in the industry. I see some very unsafe practices taught by individuals using their affiliation with Jansen as credentials... riding clout of popularity and influence. Genuinely over promising and underdelivering - taking advantage of the unaware. The list is long of complaints of unsatisfied clients from the camp jansen crew - very much supporting what Viz is saying. I am also fuled by an overwhelming moral and ethical code... agreeing this needs to be said! Fake gear is detectable, and the consequences of it is preventable - serial lab work does not lie..
@uwotm9375 text messages, whats app, lab work, & PERSONAL EXPERIENCE/WITNESS on multiple accounts. athletes are seeking their own help! Look shoot the messenger all you want but no one's seeking validation or looking to convince. Facts are facts. Some people front to "care" about their athletes and some actually stand on it.
A good coach is not somebody who only coaches the genetic Elite it's somebody who takes someone who does not have great genetics and actually helps them to achieve more
Take everything Phil says with a grain of salt because dude REEKS of bias. He said it himself at 33:40. Clearly, Jansen made some mistakes. Saying that he isn’t completely informed, by not watching that BS video is far from accurate. That video is nothing but BS.! Matt is not a good coach. It’s that simple. He doesn’t care about the athlete and his tactics are not working. According to Fouad almost all of the pros have the same source for gear, which makes sense to me. I would imagine a few sources have cornered the market other than those in other countries/continents.
It is same for Hany Rambod too, same way of doing business. Find someone who is already gifted, hard working, has future in the sport and coach him....
Hany takes top performing guys and helps them get an extra polish, but he does it safely. Nobody ever coached by Hany got sick or worse working with him.
Yes, but he is an actual exception to the rule. Whatever he does, they do something different. His athletes get that premium looking skin texture and fullness with often premium leaness.
I would rather have the coach with terrible genetics that made it to a regional level than a coach with phenomenal genetics that made it to a national level, regional needs to have every aspect locked in where as phenomenal can get away with plenty mistakes.
@@shonuffLA Truth. Look. It isn’t that hard. Any one of us could be a coach prep guru if we put our minds to it. A little social media magic and little self marketing and that’s it. It isn’t hard. So. A Ms Olympia competitor circa 2006-2008 and I used to be pals. She hired Hany. Final meal of the day was 8oz salmon w/ veggies. WTF is so groundbreaking about that? You just have to be a salesmen.

Agree with everything stated in this video. As someone that has helped guide athletes...truth is, NO one should be coaching or submitting to someone to be a race horse and blindly trusting another person in this sport. Athletes should only be relying on themselves as far as what they take and don't take in terms of pharmacology and dieting. The only person they should be relying on is a good training partner or a solid trainer. [edit photos and a good set of mirrors). It's just another expense that most bodybuilders don't even need. Not trying to mess up anyones business, but it's true. People need to stop being so tight lipped when being silent only allows for dangerous and sometimes life threatening protocols are being pushed. What people need is confidence in themselves and the willingness to do their due diligence in terms of drug use. Be safe gentleman.
25:41 this is my first pod listen of you Antoine and it’s great! I will say tho about Hany that it’s not easy to peak Chris bc of his aut-immune disease and his sometimes injuries. It was also impressive what he did with Derek bc Derek was on a slight downward path in 212 before Hany coached him to “champ-champ” status. But as y’all mentioned, coaching has a lot to do with Psychology, which Hany thrives in.
Remember that up until last year it was a norm that athletes of Matt never missed. We never saw Clarida or Nick out of shape. So now one bad year from his athletes makes him a bad coach?

@@alexattardg4s975 Idk if you were around athletes and especially bodybuilders, as it's not as easy to tell if your coach is good or bad, especially based on one bad fluke, or so it seems at the time. As I've said on some posts, he wanted that McCarvers family would re-do his autopsy because "he could not believe he did that" but it seems like he wanted to clear his name. As per abuse, there are different levels of it. You can push it, abuse it and go to absurd levels when you flirt with death. Maybe Jansen is not as bad as he seems, on a further thought I'd say he's sociopathic and just doesn't give a damn about his clients. The way he talked about Nick pulling out made no sense.

Quinton claimed matt told him his gears were fake..who did quinton get those gears from? Was it matt or he got it from other source? why didnt quinton train under another coach after he left matt? Did the other coaches reject him or what? Can someone clarify? Thanks
Mel has Coached for years and she Coached samson before milos. She's aphenomenal coach. That statement was based on no knowledge of her career phil you owe her a massive apology
While Chad was working with Dallas, Chad questioned Dallas on his health problems and Chad is the one who pressed Dallas on seeing a Doctor , stop pushing himself so hard, to stop pushing the limits while having health problems that need to be taking care of and that lead to Dallas finding another Coach who would NOT question Dallas on his health. Dallas cared more about Size and Winning thinking he was Young enough it would not effect him.
God we got snakes crawling out of the woodwork preying on this opportunity. Phil straight up just made stuff up in this interview. Antoine at least tried to call some of it out. The group pile on has been pretty fucking disgusting to watch.
@@mattbudesa6351 for a start, Jansen has not made a video that I’ve seen where he explicitly stated anything about fake gear. Antoine tried to call it out and Phil just kept nodding as if that video exists.
What day in bodybuilding history was it that someone for the first time decided they needed a coach? Dorian didn’t have a coach. The guys back in the day did not have a coach. How many times has Nick moved back-and-forth across the country in the last year or two? It seems like in general he is in disarray. I’ve been a big fan of his since day one but I’m just calling it like I’m observing it. If he wants to rely on a coach and chase the most important title in the world, then why doesn’t he work with Chris Aceto or Hany ?
Seems odd to me that Phil has to tell and try to convince people how good of a person he is . Maybe I’m wrong, but just odd to me. All the guys I know that are standup dudes don’t have to tell you.
How long will it be before Nick pulls the plug and moves on with a new coach? I do remember Justin Shier talking about having a bad offseason due to fake supplements
Nick posted a leg video this weekend and from the waist down his legs looked great and he did not seem to have any health issues. I speculate they have blown out his midsection to an embarrassing point. His distended belly was bad in the NY Pro and he barely beat Martin Fitzwater. I wonder if his midsection got worse to a point that it was going to be a bad showing.
The gear being fake should never be a concern amongst top pros. I mean come on really? If it came down to a coach telling you that, roid kit that shit and screen shot the results put the ball back in their court
It deserves to be mentioned that Matt is not the only coach who only picks genetic freaks who are destined to be great; does Hany not do the same thing? When's the last time he worked with someone not in the top 3 already?
@@justsayin5084 I saw a little bit but I didnt feel it was my place to tell him anything and I dont think Q would have changed anything tbh! I just saw Quinton tonight and talked more about the whole thing
I don't know how these guys can say it's fake gear. These guys have a good legit source. And most likely all of it is lab tested. If I was spending over 2k a month on gear and GH I'd definitely go with HPLC testing. I think Nick's issues did boil down to some insulin sensitivity and overuse of GH. The body won't continue to respond to the same doses etc..past a certain point taking more is counter-productive. The body cannot sustain it.
So true man Matt has yet to bring not a genetic freak to the top. He just markets himself to these genetic freaks and takes way too much credit as a coach for being the reason they look great.
When Nick did his body deep tissue massage video about 3-4 weeks out I think it was I noticed he was completely flat like he had been off gear for 3 months he was not vascular and his face was full it had no low body fat look to it. Normally 3 weeks out Nick would already be super lean. He wasn’t even as lean as his normal videos but I didn’t pay that much attention at the time because he was laying on his stomach so you couldn’t see all that much
So let me get this straight Jansen is not responsible or due credit for the incredible successes of Clarida or Walker because they are genetic freaks but the moment they don't peak the way they're expected now he's to blame? Ya cant have it both ways. If you wanna blame Jansen for whatever went wrong then you have to give him credit all the times it went right. Otherwise, it's more logical to say, even with genetic freaks the body is unpredictable and sometimes doesn't respond and it's not the of anyone. Not the coach or even the athlete. As for the argument that Jansen only ever got genetic freaks to the top of the sport I'd say everyone who gets to the top is a genetic freak so it's true of every top coach that they benefit from having immensely gifted clients. Here's a question for this guest: If great coaching is the main criteria in a competitors success as opposed to genetics, and you claim to be a great coach, then where are your Olympia champions or even top qualifiers? The reality is there are only a handful of genetic freaks born each year and most coaches will never get to work with any of them. It's to Jansens credit that he was able to successfully woo a few of them. The reality is, no coach has a perfect or even near perfect record. The great Rambod just had two of his guys beat and the great Chris Aceto watched his client Andrew Jacked place a disappointing 5th. All this points to the fact that there are many uncontrollable variables involved and coaches get too much credit for both victories and defeats. Finally, let's not pretend drugs don't matter or that using underdosed or fake gear, for even a few weeks couldn't create an insurmountable setback. These guys "peak" for 12-15 weeks. Assuming they start a new cutting protocol 15 weeks out and the drugs are bad, let's say weak not entirely fake, it's possible they wouldn't notice for weeks. Then when you do would you immediately blame the gear? Maybe not. I can easily see how you might not figure it out for 5 or 6 weeks. If you get new gear in week 10 does anyone think that losing those weeks wouldn't effect the final look? Personally if i were coaching at that level and taking professional responsibility for their look I'd also take responsibility for their gear and I'd want to know it's 100% legit. Apparently Jansen doesn't supply the gear which puts him in a precarious position of being held responsible for his competitors physiques, despite having no control over one of the biggest factors (the drugs).
Funny too since when Phil coached Sebastian burka to a disappointing placing at nationals they blamed fake gear. Seb said in his post show youtube video he had been using fake gear since his last show a year and half prior but they were somehow unaware until 8 weeks out
Not illegal to post receipts, but remember what these fake ass gurus and supplement company owners banded together and did to Nick Trigili when he was exposing these clowns😂😂😂
I do not understand Quintons complaint of Matt when the partnership with him came to an end some time ago... why reawaken this already dead issue? Quinton was the one who made the choice to go to leave Dorian and go to Matt at the last minute before the Olympia. The discussion at that time by followers was WHY IS QUINTON LEAVING DORIAN (changing coaches) THAT LATE IN THE GAME (close to Olympia)...??? In Quintons's last show where he complained of his look saying he lost muscle, which was not true, it was more of not holding enough fluid/carbs to look full. After a week or two past the Olympia he did a video showing how he looked after feeding/hydration he looked more FULL. So the issue was fullness which come from not carbing up enough or not drinking enough water or too much diuretics. Nonetheless, despite perfect preps, carbs, workouts, fluids etc sometimes things just do not work out as desired and this is something athletes must come to the acceptance of. Derek Lundsford had to pass the crown to Samson and seemed bitter over it... Despite his feeling he did everything right... he lost the crown to who was seen as better. Don't like the way BBing is going, too much gossiping, shallow feelings, insecurities, backstabbing etc.

I am also fuled by an overwhelming moral and ethical code... agreeing this needs to be said! Fake gear is detectable, and the consequences of it is preventable - serial lab work does not lie..

@@alexattardg4s975 Idk if you were around athletes and especially bodybuilders, as it's not as easy to tell if your coach is good or bad, especially based on one bad fluke, or so it seems at the time. “Anyone can peak Lunsford” ….did you even watch his old shows? He was a water buffalo quite often.
Yeah that’s a bad take
Nicholls was cleaning Dallas out and he went back to matt !
who is the guy in this video with AV?
That’s why Matt Porter was the best coach. He took average Joes and turned them into pros
Another “Spill Viz” exclusive
Funny too since when Phil coached Sebastian burka to a disappointing placing at nationals they blamed fake gear. Seb said in his post show youtube video he had been using fake gear since his last show a year and half prior but they were somehow unaware until 8 weeks out
Not illegal to post receipts, but remember what these fake ass gurus and supplement company owners banded together and did to Nick Trigili when he was exposing these clowns😂😂😂
Glad some one telling the truth
Derek absolutely did not act nor speak bitter.
