I love when you have Paul on, especially with Lee, sometime you need them along with flex, Melvin and Rico - all you guys together at the same time will break the bodybuilding internet world - at least for those of us Gen Xers
11:20 His conditioning was better at Arnold Classic 1993, but his size was best at Arnold Classic 1996. He had good proportions and symmetry and size. The only thing that he was kind of lacking was the conditioning. If he had dieted down for another week, he could've moved from 3rd to 2nd place. Paul is one of the guys who looked better when he was bigger, not when he was smaller, because just look at him at Mr. Olympia 1997. He hits a front double biceps, and his chest disappears. Kai Green said about himself that he looked better when he was bigger, but that's not true. He looked better in 2009 when he was smaller, in my opinion.
Paul's best version was the 1994 ASC, super ripped at around 260-270 pounds. But unfortunately we know what happened there. And there's little to no footage of Paul at that show before the cramping. 1993 Ironman was one of his absolute best too, he showed a good back there too. 1993 ASC was another also. After the 1994 ASC though he said himself he was never the same, understandably after such a scare. The 1994 Olympia was still good, i think he deserved at least 3rd at that show. Took 1995 off due to surgeries i think, although he showed up in Germany at FIBO around 320lbs with still a tiny waist. Then 1996, the last year he looked great still, especially at both the Ironman and ASC, taking 2nd and 3rd. From 1997 on, when he cut his hair, he started to decline, even though he still took 4th at the Olympia.
He's annoying on shows though. He was insufferable on RX muscle. Used to make every show he was on about himself. Even shows he wasn't on he would hang out in the live comments hoping Dave would read his comments out just so he could get some attention.

Why not making a tor a grand tour through Germany in different cities? Maybe 678 cities rent a bus go together to city to city. How fun would this be and it would be super Successful. What is better than this? Having fun with his old bodies and Is making money. That sounds not bad.
Guys aren't happy being in the top 5 when people expected them to possibly win. If you think about it, there were only 3 guys this year who wouldn't be happy being a runner-up, and that's Samson, Hadi and Derek. Martin wasn't a favorite to win, so a top 5 placing is great for him.
Quint with HIS METABOLISM shouldn't have been doing 2hrs of cardio!!! He's tall amd stringy. In his 20s. 30min with no GH would have me peeled in my 20s
