The fingertip condition is something that I gave up on conditioning just like you. My dad had very decent finger condition. I tried but the joints in my fingers and thumbs are all double jointed so they fold back when I strike hah. I had to modify and kind of curve my fingers a lil just so they would folder or buckle. Those finger flicks too!! My dad threw those so well. He said back in the day he would leave his pinky nails a lil longer than the rest of his nails too!!

That’s wild! I’ve seen some people do that with the nails in movies but never in real life. I’ve seen some of the Okinawans hands and I swear they are thicker than normal hahaha

@@StrykeTeamOfficial haha yeah I have a scar on my arm for when he told me that story as he was growing out his pinky nail again. He said you can even dig it in when you arm drag their lead arm to get to the outside and demonstrated on me. After taking a small piece of my arm skin and finger flicked my cheek, I believe him that it works haha. And yeah sometimes I see people’s hands and I’m like I really hope you don’t know how to throw a punch cuz that will do some serious damage

People say finger strikes rubbbish practically, but Ive used it against much bigger attacker. I had no finger conditioning (just finger pressups). Guy was blinded (for duration of fight). Did it as the first strike.. he was close up and just trying to be tough.
