- In episode 5 of Ask the Doc, we get some interesting questions from viewers about taking the steroid Winstrol. The question is what is more effective, taking it orally ("suspension", the liquid form under the tongue or in a pill), or injecting it? His answer will ACTUALLY surprise you. The second question is what to do, and what it means, if a blood panel shows that you have elevated hematocrit levels. This WILL affect your training, so pay attention!

I want to hear more about your feelings on cholesterol. Why do steroids affect it ? Is it a real effect or a response that just looks bad on paper but keeps the body in balance ? What does it really mean to your health based on current research. We now know dietary cholesterol has little effect on blood cholesterol... A full vid on that would be great!!!!

+John Creasy The link between dietary cholesterol and the amount in the blood is very shaky... as well as the exact effects cholesterol has on heart disease. Lot of things are now being questioned that older information believed to be true... same goes for saturated fat.

Can I used winstrol only cycle 20mg with exemestane
I have hemochromatosis, which was discovered @ 48 years old. My ferritin was 4700. Hematocrit has always been in the 17s/18s except for when, after weekly phlebotomies for a year, my ferritin got down to 50 and my hematocrit got to 13. I felt pretty tired. Now I go every 8 weeks for phlebotomies as long as my ferritin is 50 or higher, which is most times. But my hematocrit went back up and still hovers in the 17s/18s. Doc isn't concerned. Getting a T test this week to hopefully get on TRT. But I don't want my hematocrit to even get higher.
So taking winstrol on a ketogenic diet would not be a good thing?

Hey doc, i am 54 years and train 5-6 Days a week. I have been doing so from the beginning of the Golden era, on/off. I am not on anny gear have not been for a long time, going for the tight look. However now i read about this sermorelin and you mix it with GHRP 2 and 6.What is your say about this and how you mix this cocktail or do you take them separait if you mix them, how much of each? Draw it with another compound, something else water-based preferably. Gonederlin, bpc157, L carnatine etc.

Stick with the upper right quarter of your right gluteus Maximus. Stay away from your lower back though. Even with the correct size needle and gauge your shoulder is going to work fine. Many people mess up with the quad.

Hey I’m on 200mg a week of test and I started taking 10 mg of winstrol twice a day and even though that’s supposedly a small amount I’m feeling like 20mg is more than enough for me. I’m making insane gains but I’m always feeling irritable and sleeping shitty since I started it. I had already been doing the test for 2 months with zero problems. It was only when I started taking 20 mg that I feel uncomfortable. I’m thinking of just taking 10mg once a day or is that literally pointless?

@@jimmyneutron2515 you will get insane results super fast and get that dry look and vascular as hell. My sleeping issue went away. I’m looking forward to do it again someday. I’ve tried turinabol at a normal dose and a low dose of winstrol did way more for me than the tbol did.
@@horse-4598 since a epidemiologist and some doctors will prescribe testosterone cypionate 200mg like mine, why wouldn’t they just prescribe winstrol anabolic knowing that my blood panel shows my test is really low at mid 30’s to 40 years of age. This is the reason they are even on the market. To help humans get in shape quickly and stay that way.

I have noticed some heated debate on the law and the medical community; granted most of it full of opinions from some elements who appear to have taken too much of their own tea. Some go as far as to claim that Dr. will call the police if a donor's blood shows residual AAS. Some state just as vehemently the opposite. oskar Von Martinez Germann that's correct, but it's 17 alkylated. There is a methyl group at the 17th position preventing breakdown by the liver. This doc is very smart but he is incorrect here. Oral winstrol and injectable winstrol are the same in terms or effectiveness. Science has proven this.

Which value is a better representation of blood viscosity? Hematocrit or Rbc count? My hematocrit is 0.497 (0.415 - 0.53) but my rbc count is 5.6 (range 4.4 - 5.7). Should I be concerned about the rbc dount this high? I am currently onlu doing 750 iu of hcg eod in order to restart my balls.

yes you can and it is better because it will be less painful when injecting Winstrol by itself. Also you will have pin it 3 times a week minimum and that's the same dosing for Test P as well.

You're 17. Stop. You have to take winny twice a day optimally, so thrice a week is literally dumb af. And without a test base you're defeating the purpose of even taking gear. If you're going to do steroids, then do steroids. Don't look for ways around it just so you can justify saying you're natty, or feel better about yourself or whatever it is. At LEAST run 125mg a week test alongside, preferably 125 twice a week. Hell, might as well run a mini-cycle, 375mg test, 40mg/day winny and then pct. But at 17 you really don't need any of it.
