Just turned 48 and absolutely in love/awe of her music since i started listening when 1989 came out. She'd kill it in any generation and as moved as i am by the artistry and euphony of her work at my age i can completely see why she inspires such adoration in the kids that grew up with her. It's completely justified and that she continues evolving in new musical directions just as successfully and with such personal grace.. damn. She's one hell of a package.
I'm 72 years old and I still enjoy watching Taylor sing. My favorite is "Love Story" from the moment I first saw it on her music video years ago. I love to watch the audience, especially the girls, when they sing along with Taylor!

I mean growing up listening to Red i thought it was pretty country aside from the autotuned re-e e-ed from the background singers. Of course to me unlike alot of other people who see the Red album as a pop record i always thought aside from like 3 or 4 songs it was pretty country especially compared to alot of songs like 10,000 hours or Meant to be that are marketed to country radio nowadays 😅

@@caseysaylor5241 Autotune doesn’t equal bad. You can hear that they put an automatic pitch correction on it, to create a robotic sound.
Red is her worst album. Too much screaming goats especially the screaming goats trilogy WANEGBT, 22, and IYKYWT. Red is horrible compared to Speak Now and 1989. Thankfully she never did this sound/genre ever again.

ours is very underrated, it's one of fave songs in the album. it literally deserved better.
This concert has a special charm that really reinforces Taylor's rapport with a crowd. She is charming and quite articulate and the crowd is hugely responsive. I just discovered it and it's one of my favorite Taylor concert videos. (I do apologize that this does not exist with a "Taylor's version." That's a dilemma for me since her old concert footage as a young, blossoming performer cannot be replicated.) The era is post-Red and features her full band. She sings with style and charisma and really lights it up. In between, she interviews crowd members and explains the origins of several songs. This is a winner!
The TVs suck except for the vault tracks, which make them worth every penny. The OG albums are the actual real albums. She only is doing TVs for financial and legal reasons like able to grant permission for movies and commercials to play her music.
No one makes me feel so much like her Words does. I repeat - NO ONE !!!!! She's my forever ❤️

I’m so happy that she says that Eyes Open is not only about The Hunger Games, but also school and society and how people are pinned up against each other, IT’S SO TRUE! She really has deep understanding of these situations and that makes me very glad, I felt bad about relating to a song from a movie/book as brutal as the hunger games, because my life definitely ain’t as bad as the kids in that story, until she gave this speech. I definitely relate to that song a lot, you know with school and exams. It’s actually probably in my top 3 Taylor songs, top 5 at least.
