what about offset ? When shoudl that be changed and were does that info come from ? And why skip over the overcut ? How do you determine what value that should be ?

I always find it difficult to find the info/help im looking for with this machine. I wish there was a manufacturer product help line. All of a sudden my machine is not finishing the cut jobs, it stops at the edge. For example, my graphic is 12 inches wide but the machine stops just short of that. It cuts the entire design except the left edge, leaving it unfinished, as if it ran out of material or space or it thinks it reached the edge of the cutting area but it has a whole 3 inches left of space.
I dont know if its a hardware or software issue or some setting somewhere? Using graphtech studio software my setting all look good. The cutter says my area is 13" wide but its not, my roll of material is 15" wide. could this be the issue? If so, how do I get it to recognize the full 15" width?

@@shannon2468 If I recall correctly, The machine, by default is set by the factory to recognize only the length read by some sensors. I forget what the purpose for this is but these sensors also make it difficult or impossible to use scraps because a scrap is too small for the sensors to read.
I went into some setting under the pause/menu button and found an option to disable the sensors because I dont the machine to tell me how wide my material is.
Once you disable the sensors, the cutter will go by the length between the pinch rollers and not the sensors so you can go as wide or small as you need.
