Wow! Some look like double tulips which I have tried to paint before. You step by step process makes them look so realistic!
Tulips are my all time favorite spring bulb. These are just stunning!!! So helpful, I have yet to paint a tulip I like. Lots more practice!!
Hullo Emma, Tulips have always been my go to painting subject when I am at a loss for inspiration, I just pull up one of the thousands of Tulip photo's I have taken in 30+years and just paint! I cannot do florals for anything. Even my daisy’s look like a child did them. Can you please do a video on exactly how to shape the various petals? Sounds basic, I know but I struggle so terribly. Thanks
I really like your style. It would be most helpful if you could tell us what technique you are using as you progress in your painting. I know you said wet on wet in the beginning. I think you are doing some wet on dry. I am a beginner and it’s very helpful to know the techniques as you move along in your painting.
Is the Etchr cold pressed sketchbook watercolor paper smoother than Arches? I’ve been painting on Arches but I think I might prefer something smoother 💐
