My rep didn't discuss with me how long I'd be using the knee splint. Also, it is making my upper leg black & blue....am only wearing it as advised three times X 60 minutes each day. I feel it is somewhat older technology, and my ortho specialist at the VA said most people DO NOT perform their prescribed PT and exercise.

Hi had knee replacement January 11, 2023 knee is stuck I was barely 90% in March and couldn't do my manipulation bcuz my insurance expired. I've been going to physical therapy 3x a week since I had surgery. In April I rented a machine called X10 did that for 3weeks back to therapy 3x a week and started DynaSplint August 24 3x a day Extension 1hr & Bending 30min each 3 x I use it. I'm now 101% toward the end of the session I'm in pain still especially the bending where I'm crying and sometime I can't finish my 30min and haven't been able to move up the number 5. I walk and do some stretch and exercise and I still have scar tissue and my knee is still stuck. Don't know what more I can do

Hello I'm about to get Dynasplints for both knees and a hinged AFO brace for the left ankle, but I was wondering if they lock in place while bending the knee?
