4:04 to 4:07 we can see clearly how Tori (teacher) 2 times close his right hand arround the Ken, which martially is incorrect !
I don't understand what they are teaching to people since they do very basic errors !
I'm really sad. Morihiro Saitō sensei would never do such kind of mistakes, or teach Iwama Ryu in this way.
Very agressive execution of Kata, rather concentrating on fluidity, flexibility, and efficiency.
You killed the soul of Iwama in this way, and you produce stone bodies for Aikido, which is wrong
Be water, be water, be water flow, and manage UKE Ki is the master KEY of almost Martial Art, and especially Iwama ryu aikido style.

not only that mistake, all actions aren't as good as morihiro sensei. Hitohira sensei didn't learn iwama ryu aikido all the time, so maybe he can't do as good as his father.

You can take the sword by its blade without cutting yourself, but for this you must have a very refined tachi-dori technique. However, it is difficult to appreciate the quality of this particular technique by Tori when applied to a bokuto (maybe we will never know this, since they would never use a real blade anyway).
