- We made a working model of boiler as our collage project work and same submitted to collage (Govt. Engg. Collage surat)
The boiler specification are as;-
Pressure 7Bar
Flow rate 10kg/Hr
Volume 20Lit.
This video show the complete manufacturing sequence from material purchase stage to final.
This will be very help full to mechanical students for planning and preparation of their project.

you did a great work full of enthusiasm guys but next time you should wear all your safety equipments because it is good for your safety guys so that you can go further more with your steel fabrication careers with out injuring your selves.

To all of you watching this video, I just wanted to know, is it required to get the design of a boiler, or a pressure vessel for that matter, approved and signed by an experienced certified boiler design engineer or Boiler Inspector before you could fabricate it? Did you guys go for any such approval?
I ask this because I have been told by some professionals that in the US or in Europe , one may not go for fabrication unless the design is approved and carefully scrutinized by a Boiler Engineer or Inspector. I wish to know, is this the case in India too? I am a student of final year , B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) in India.
