@@erichudsonjr5465 lol im not gonna compare college to nfl I’m gonna compare nfl to nfl the Steelers line was ranked 26th and I know Pitt was an elite offense in college you don’t do that with an ass line
Looks like a solid pro for the Steelers. Addison is a bit of a cheat code; the gap between Addison's ability & that of most NCAA defenders is prolly larger than anything he'll have in the NFL. But the Steelers have an awesome collection of skill players. So maybe the number of small advantages Pickett will have with Diontae/Claypool/Pickens/Austin/Friermuth/Najee can approximate the Addison cheat code at Pitt? Either way, Kenny's 2021 tape is solid. He improved quite a lot over the years. If he continues to improve, he can certainly be a quality nfl qb.
Reminds me of a more consistent Sam Darnold hopefully he lands in a better situation early on. Best thing that could happen is him dropping to the late first and playing on a stronger roster.
Might be a crazy comp but he’s a smarter stronger armed Taylor henicke I think he’s a starter at the nfl level nothing special tho ceiling is Derek carr imo
Some of these throws were extremely impressive. He’s composure in the pocket is good and his ability to stay accurate while he scrambles is probably his best attribute, his mobility in general is good and he’s a really accurate passer, I think his weakness is his arm strength
@@brbaker1968 i don’t think it’s comparable to guys like josh Allen and Patrick mahomes. It tends to just wander in the air, giving more time for the DB to catch up at the elite level
@@brbaker1968 it’s a great throw, but every once and a while when he throws a deep ball and the receiver has to slow down to catch it, I think those minor and insignificant situations could be more impactful at the elite level
KP moves like Archie Manning. If you play their vids side to side you can see the reflection of how they move around. Only thing KP needs to improve is his feet work of his drop back steps. He has that bad habit of bouncing or that swagger pep step bounce which leads into predictable release n route choice. If he can't improve this habit he will be throwing a lot of ints in first 6 games.
Thats funny because in previous years he didn't throw with touch enough and he make a concentrated effort to work on his touch. He actually has better zip than people realize.
I just noticed that, too. Release is slow compared to Sam Howell, and Pitt's O-Line looks better than what Howell had at NC in 2021. Howell is still my draft guy, just based on collegiate career TD/INT (4.0), compared to Pickett (2.53). The less INTs thrown by a QB, the better chance a team has to win.
I’m really confused about Addison. Great route running, very shifty, but drops a lot of catchable throws and kinda seems to be lacking in end speed as well sometimes
He is the Biletnikoff award winner, literally recognized as the best WR in the nation. If you are talking about the draft, he is a sophomore and not eligible to go pro yet.

Gonna have to trade up. Texans, Panthers and Broncos all pick ahead of you and that's assuming teams like NYG, ATL and NO aren't interested.
We gonna have to trade up bro (or lose the next 4 games lol). I think we will try Deshaun, Wilson or Rodgers.

His Oline is atrocious but he still manages to evade pressure and play with confidence.

Derek carr is a pretty good QB. I'd put right around the top 10 so if he can be another Derek carr that's pretty good.

Some of his balls have seem to have more hang time than they really should. Gives the defender a chance to get an arm in the way.

He has 8.5 inch hands. Thats why.
I've noticed this as well. NFL defenders have the make up speed to defend those.
he got picked off twice in this game
not his best game. a lot of under throws, he sometimes looks lost when faced with pressure.

Try to locate a defender off Maybe a pump fake here and there

With the seven round draft pick Carolina Panthers select Kennedy Pickett
I have a feeling that the Panthers will draft him with the 6th overall pick
