The Gannondorf fight at the end of Wind Waker is perhaps my favorite. Notably at 40:33 in the video, Gannondorf purposefully knocks Tetra/ Zelda out instead of killing her. She's shooting at him, but instead of attacking with his sword, he purposefully puts it away. Also, this is the first time I ever saw him push her aside like that @ 41:20. I think this is a much older and wiser Gannondorf who realizes that all of his attempts to claim power always fail, and this one last attempt is no different. He clearly outclasses Link the whole fight, but is probably just trying to go out his way.

The Purah Pad lies about it, like how it lies about the Deku Tree being a Korok, which he isn't, and how the inventory lies about the damage of two-handed weapons) were living on the surface. The Humans descended to the surface after Demise had been dealt with properly, and those who followed Zelda and remained religious evolved into Hylians, with their ears being pointed due to their closeness to the Goddesses. Other Humans weren't so religious, and kept their round ears, but otherwise looked pretty similar to Hylians. Another group moved to the desert and had a genetic shift, where less and less males were being born. These are the Gerudo, who also started off as a round-eared race. After many many generations of crossbreeding with Hylian men (which they could do as both are Human races) their ears slowly grew more pointed and their eyes went from yellow to green.

Majora was my favorite villain, it was creepy and mysterious. It's the only final boss fight in the franchise that was intimidating to me since we've beaten ganon/ganondorf over and over again, and a villain you keep beating only gets less and less intimidating. Demise is basically just ganon anyway so that felt as boring. But with Majora I was intimidated by the strangeness of it and that we've never fought it... Then I actually fought it. It was ABSURDLY easy. Even without the fierce deity mask. Now if it's really easy with the fierce deity mask that's perfectly fine as the fierce deity mask is the ultimate optional reward for getting every mask, it's a lot of work to get so it's a great reward. But the fact that it's so easy even when without it is ridiculous, it would feel awesome if it was a struggle and make the fierce deity mask feel all the more powerful and awesome if you can overcome what was once such a difficult foe with ease. But nope. I checked a video recently and Majora was doing ONE heart worth of damage. In his FINAL Form. The final form looks and sounds creepy and looks like it would be an actual challenge, sadly wasn't the case. All the final bosses are really easy really, makes me feel like nintendo is overrated as a gaming company.

@@Vaquix000 Eh, I'd say he was the scariest in Ocarina, he basically won and took over hyrule during the 7 years link was in the sacred realm. He also had very good charisma and was able to trick the king with his cunning. I think he fell off after wind waker though.
My opinions on each final bosses
Ganon (NES): What is this fight?
Dark Link: Decent
Shadow Nightmares: Good
Ganon (LOTP): Solid
Ganondorf & Ganon (OOT): Awesome but Easy
Majora's Mask, Incarnation, Wrath: Good
Onox: Decent
Veran: Decent
Ganon (OOA/S): Meh just Exist
Vaati (FS): Boring & Uninspiring
Ganondorf (WW): Great
Ganon (FSA): Good
Vaati Reborn, Transfigured, Wrath: Great
Possessed Zelda & Ganon & Ganondorf: Epic
Bellumbeck: Ok
Malladus: Ok & Annoying
Demise: Great
Yuga Ganon: Awesome
The Lady: Awful
Calamity Ganon & Dark Beast Ganon: Calamity Good, Dark Beast Pathetic
Tears of The Kingdom is not getting a mention because I don't want to spoil the fight
Despite playing Twilight Princess about 11 times now, I never knew you could fight Beast Ganon as human Link
And I never knew you could fight him with wolf link XD
my 10 y.o brain just told me:
"He is a big boy, give him a big toy"
And I immediately thought of the chaining ball (and yes that works too even though it's probably the hardest way to put him down since it can be pretty slow), it's fantastic that the game allows more options than it needs
1:29:04 I remember only being able to beat this final boss once or twice.
not because they where hard by any mean.
but because my DS REFUSE to let me play the notes right note because the mic where finicky.
as much as I like the whole bossfight, it always put that sour spot knowing that the only reason I couldn't finish it was because of cool but unpolished console's function.
I hate the Spirit Flute because you mess up a ton and then the epicness of the final boss is gone
Oh of fricking course Ganondorf can fricking flurry rush ☹️😠
Appreciate your effort into making this video :)
We have come so far from fighting an invisible teleporting pig to fighting a giant demonic samurai dragon in the sky!
I love how Gannon never tries to get Link to invest in his "direct sales" business that everybody but him can tell is obviously a pyramid scheme, even though Gannon's been working really hard on his elevator pitch and Link probably would be really good at selling knives door-to-door.
I'm a little sad that you didn't showcase at least a little of how brutally hard Majora is if you don't have the Fierce Deity's Mask...
Edit: Oracle of Ages/Seasons: With the Level 3 sword (literally the Master Sword) you can just swing normally and hurt Ganon. With any other sword you must spin attack to hurt him.
Love how your name is THIEF on Links Awakening 😂 I remember doing that back then too
2:16:21 same dragon one piece luffy and momo vs kaido
Not same but similar
Me loving how we just go from really good graphics and a bad boss fight in BoTW to awful graphics and a good boss fight in Link's Awakening and back to insane graphics and an insane bossfight in ToTK
Insane gameplay and insane graphics in BotW but bad boss, insane bossfight and gameplay in Link's Awakening but bad graphics, and insane graphics and bossfight but bad gameplay in totk.
@@coryfreake9070 where exactly is the drop off between BotW and TotK that makes you go from insane to bad gameplay? Let alone nothing in phase 2 BotW Ganon is insane, so where do I find that gameplay in phase 1?
Link's awakening doesn't have awful graphics, it had a cute shiny toy style. Honestly it's easier on the eyes to me than BOTW and TOTK which have annoying cel shaded style crap all the time, some characters look like freaking MII characters and the fields look SO out of date compared to what can be done now on PS5, look at the FF7 Rebirth's fields for example.
Awesome Video.
No fight has topped the atmosphere of dread in the original Ocarina of time Ganon fight.
The remake having more lighting was a bad decision.
100%
Maybe the atmosphere and dread BUT the fight has been dethroned by the TOTK Ganondorf boss. Don’t get me wrong Ocarina of Time’s fight is great and all but TOTK’s fight I think is the best boss in the entire Franchise
@@ScallyWag637 I agree TOTK final boss is the best
@@ScallyWag637 I haven't got there yet but I'm pleased to read this, makes me look forward to it even more.
@@ScallyWag637 The only part where Ganondorf's fight excels in TotK is the 1st phase, where it's just you and him in a swordfight. Once the phantoms join and even the Demon Dragon are a bit "lame" imo. Twilight Princess and even Wind Waker did the final boss a bit better, especially TP, despite it being easy.
1:35:28 Yo Demise calls link a human wth
Demise out here using slurs
@@planetbumble5060 but isnt Link a hylian
@@ThatOneKiw1 Hylians hadn't evolved yet. All Humans were on Skyloft, and the nonhumans like the Gorons and Sheikah (yes, Sheikah aren't Human, and therefore aren't Hylian. After many many generations of crossbreeding with Hylian men (which they could do as both are Human races) their ears slowly grew more pointed and their eyes went from yellow to green.
pretty amazing bosses overall, TOTK and OOT feel the more epic to me, they just feel serious.
Twilight Princess music kinda goated tho
I hope in the next Zelda game they add a similar Ganon fight like the one in ToTK as it felt like an actual Ganondorf fight.
Triforce Heroes was definitely some sort of parody game.
2:01:46 Agahnim.
2:03:09 Moldorm.
2:03:25 Ganon.
See? This video doesn't have a big spoiler on the thumbnail like the Ganon Battle's video.
Ww didnt need a remaster i still cant believe those r the og graphics
It's been a while since I've played MM, and it reminds me now that using the Fierce Deity's mask is like playing on easy holy hell lol.😅
To be honest, the best Zelda of all time is and continues to be: Twilight Princess 👑♥️♥️♥️
Majoras Mask the weakest final Boss, but the final in Majoras Mask was always epic when you got it tho him when you gived all your Masks and got the Fierce Deity Mask.
Majoras mask is not the weakest, it's only weak once u have the Fierce Deity mask
He's only really "weak" if you basically 100% the game but that's not him being weak that's just the strongest link has ever been
@@rthan1868 Ah yes you got a point
@@rthan1868 yeah, especially when you can spam sword swings that fires light beams that stuns majora.
@@rthan1868Strongest besides ALTTP when he beats Ganon despite him having the full Triforce
I love how WEIRD some of these bosses are
Ganon sure loves a good game of dodgeball
Malladus is so underrated the end of spirit tracks is so hype!
this game is so great, and I love the way Link and Zelda go together to put the sword in the red crystal. man what a game
When TotK Ganon started doging my attacks I was like:
"Hold up, did he just un-flurry my rush? "
All awesome fights, my favorite just might be the latest one though. TP and WW are also really good. OoT is cool for the setting and music.
Never realized u can use the giants knife i just used the hammer 12:23
1:22:37 - I know its late but let me say this. You can counter his great spin attack with your own normal spin attack by timing it right when he is nearly going to hit you.
Can't believe you didn't take a selfie with Ganondorf
That LttP teleport sound effect is bringing back some painful memories...
When I did the Dark Beast Gabon fight on the Wii U, I did a 360 trick shot! I plan on doing that when I record the game on my TH-cam channel!
Quin the sages wills are all in the sky. There is 20 of em. They are in the bottom half of the spheres except for the zonai pants one. And they are also on some of the flux construct bosses in the sky. The rest are in random chests on sky islands and three are with the three king gleeoks on their sky islands
Demise I swear is the only one who loses with grace, all the other demons and ganons are bitches they're like "bro how'd I lose"
Also I'm talking about the fight specifically, not after the fight where he puts a curse on you, cause I already see someone being like "But he put a curse on link and zelda for losing, doesnt that make him the biggest bitch out of all of em?" like bro I know ya'll I swear.
all i can say is 40:36 dayummmmmmmm!
tbh I love how they completely miss age of calamity which takes place before BOTW which kind of also needed to be included in this. Not saying this is bad but I'm glad you included every game from long ago even if i haven't played the very first game, I started playing BOTW first and completed it in like 3 days, now getting towards the end in TOTK
You feel so cool with the final hit in Skyward Sword
The legend of zelda will always stay one of my favorite game i like fierce deity link he its so powerfull
All the final bosses are really easy really, makes me feel like nintendo is overrated as a gaming company.
yeah I love majoras mask but the final fight kinda made me feel cheated. I did all that work, for that. even the Fish boss (shit I forget the name) felt more difficult.
TOTK went real dark quick 😮
Fr nobody talks about it anymore
@@tg.tyrant2302_because, it destroyed Zelda timeline
@@mahendrap1960 The Zelda timeline was fucked from the start ngl. Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask are like the only two games with continuity
And perhaps Twilight Princess
@@tg.tyrant2302_
Ocarina of Time -> Majora’s Mask -> Twilight Princess
The Wind Waker -> Phantom Hourglass -> Spirit Tracks
The Legend of Zelda -> Zelda II: The Adventure of Link
Breath of the Wild -> Tears of the Kingdom
This is why the Zelda franchise is the best video game series ever. Period.
Hardest final boss I thought was the 2nd phase of Gannondorf in TOTK. Just a brutal boss, but I managed to power through! Favorite final boss is Gannondorf in TP.
Good morning, @NintenUnity! How are you going today? Could you make a video called "Evolution of Wild Moments in Nintendo Games (1990 - 2023)"?
Cool
Denise is my favorite Zelda villain, like just look how FUCKING awesome he is.
Bro Phantom Hourglass and Spirit tracks is my brother and my childhood zelda game
idk what happened but in my first nso links awakening dx playthrough i one shot the last phase of the final boss with a single arrow, and then i said "well that was disappointing, i swear when i saw other people do this they needed more than one arrow shot!"
Maybe you used your boomerang, the bommerang one shots the final boss in the last phase
@@ShadowJCreed it was a while ago, when the game boy nso originally launched so i dont remember if it was with my boomerang or an arrow, but after you said that i think thats actually it
1:43:13 new favorite boss. The lady
1:54:46 Anyone know what part of Dark Beast Ganon is this supposed to be?
My favorite final fights were:
ocarina of time
wind waker
twilight princess
skyward sword
tears of the kingdom
You and me both, man😂
Imo, tears has the best final boss fight of the whole series, followed by twilight princess, link to the past, ocarina and majoras mask. Worst was breath if the wild, and zelda 2.
Glad they finally did voice acting in the last one lol
In BOTW you're supposed to jump off the horse's back LMAO
2:15:05 What we like to call an "Oh sh*t!" moment.
Luckily I’ve beaten the game but some people haven’t so you should really take TotK final boss out of the thumbnail until it’s been a little longer since the game came out
Bro we need Vaati back in TOTK as a DLC
Nah man I wanna see Astor again, since Age of Calamity wasn't canon in a way and Kohga managed to survive falling, gets you thinking Astor could still be alive as well (I know I'm probably just reaching but it'd be cool asf haha)
Vaati, being the second most recurring villain in the franchise, better not come back In a DLC. If they bring him back, he should definitely be the villain of a full game
god please no more DLC. its stupid. make a new game instead of half assing it with DLC.
@@rustynail7796 How is dlc stupid? By no means am I intending to start an argument, I'm just curious. Dlc can easily add a little more oomph to a game, give it some more background and flesh it out more if needed. Botw's dlc was a little iffy sure but it's clear nintendo listens to us, so they can fix that with totk's dlc if they roll any out 🤔
@@unsterino I'd just rather nintendo give us an already well fleshed out game instead of selling us 20$ DLC for an already 70$ game
In the og, slash up down left right to make Ganon appear. Don’t just spam randomly lol.
Wait, is this just a strategy to increase the chance of hitting him? Or is it an actual input that makes him visible?
@@ShadowVincent3 it is an actual input!
1:00:30 I just remembered the first Time i was fighting Puppet Zelda
The Moment I hit her with the Beam I shot many arrows at her just like in Ocarina Of Time because I thought it was like Oot😆😆
