Wow, it’s like being back in the 60’s. A time of clean lines and spaciousness. Love the louvers, so practical with the heat in summer. A small home that would never feel small as you are engaged with the outside landscape.
Grabe.. sobrang na amaze po ako sa design nyo.. inlove na yata ako.. haha but i wish po na sana makq gawa kayo ng ganito rin na design.. but this time.. 3 bedrooms naman po sya.. BR 1 and 2 is sa ground floor at 1 t&b, at yung masters bedroom is sa 2nd floor which is meron syang small balcony at T&b.. arround 1.5m stimated cost.

is there any other way to place the bathroom door/ entry beside living room? if not ( as shown on the plan ) my suggestion is extend or project the bathroom a little on the left exterior side and create a space or ante-room between the living and bathroom and put a screen wall ( or lattice wall) to cover the door. it may also serve to put a sink and vanity mirror inside ante room

Nice! I appreciate the designs but I wonder if any of these have been used to create actual houses and if the costs are realistic. I have been trying to peddle something more modest than this but no one has given me a quote that's less than six figures.

Good question! This cost is only exclusive for the materials, sorry for the confusion. Its minimalist and semi-industrial look made it more cost-efficient. Almost all the finish is cement finish with different styles of grooves. Yet it achieved the high-end look. Thank you so much!
Six figure houses are made from cheap materials on a very tight lot and will most likely end up with a rough finish. I suggest you go up to 7 figure if you want a decent home you wont regret.
900K is misleading. The usual ballpark for residential construction nowadays is 35K per sqm. 25K if materials are not high end, especially in the province. That full glass alone will cost your project more. In reality, the finishes used here are NOT considered low-cost. Good for youtube, yes.. though achievable if you have the budget in real life...since 80sqm x 35K = 2.8M 😉 (rough estimate).
Have the means to hire an architect people. Don't base your costing on some ready made design just because it's pretty. It is just NOT practical. You'll thank them after. 😉
