No you don't. The bedrooms are on the right and left of the front door and the bathroom is to the right also. Go back and watch it again.

Internal 12 x5 (60m2) according to the title?
So aprroximately :-
Beds - 5x3
Living Kitchen - 5x3.5
Bath - 2.5x1.5
Laundry - 2.5x2
IMHO, Laundry should become Dining area (to create TV/media wall), washing m/c moves outside, along with additional external cooking area. Otherwise, excellent design.
