I'd add some baking powder to the pancakes for extra fluffiness. Also, hear me out, add a bit to your overnight oats (or any thick recipe really) so it gets bubbly, fluffy, fizzy. I don't know what it is, but I really love the consistency. Don't add to much or it migh taste like plain sparkling water and even overflow the vessel you are preparing it. Also very important, don't forget to stir it so it gets throughly distributed. You don't want a pocket of baking powder in your spoon full of oats/yoghurt.

I really would like to see a crossover between Little T and a chef channel. Give the chef the challenge of making something delicious and aesthetic with restrictions on calories and ingredients.
protein powder = 25-30g depending on which brand you use 3/4cup egg whites + 1 egg = 20g greek yogurt for 100g = 19g in terms of not mentioning it or having pop ups I can do that in the future - but full transparency I feel like your feedback could've been given a little more politely.

I will have to try that! my overnight oats were def not the length in the fridge they are supposed to be ! but will try baking soda to pancakes
