My husband has been hounding me to get another house. THIS IS A GORGEOUS HOME! I cannot believe it is under $300,000. I live in New Jersey and a 2200 sq. ft. home is close to a million dollars. This is a bargain. Lord help me make the right decision. Thank you so much for this video. xoxo
Chance, I love your crazy talk! And open as many dang cabinets as you want. 🥰 I felt the need to say THANK YOU for taking the time to share Jesus in your videos. What an amazing platform you have. It makes me love you more!
Chance, this is not a super, house, but this is a MEGA, house!! This is the BIGGEST, home, that you showed!! It has all the features and designs, that you could need and want!! All, the room, are spacious, comfy and inviting!! You can just, picture, yourself living here!! It's just plain phenomenal!! How do you do it?? You keep finding and bringing us these mammoth homes and it gets better and better!! Thank you so very much for all, what you do for us, the subscriber's!!
My friend hired 4 Amish men for the same cost of what it would have cost her to hire 1 journeyman carpenter to build a log cabin. Its beautiful! And its 10 years old and the wood looks brand new
I love That you talk about about Our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ Chance! God bless you 🙏 ❤️ 🙌 Take care! Akways love watching these videos. Were kinda the backwards family Were looking for a Manufactured home moving out of a residential home to Retire and be debt free To our rural property in the country someday!
Lots of nice features in this home. The green tile is beautiful. It's a very fresh and serene shade of green. The kitchen and bonus room with the french doors were my favorites.
Not nearly enough kitchen drawers. They should have one on t op of every lower cabinet. Otherwise a great kitchen. Really nice house. The bedroom by the laundry room would be a good room to rent out to like a college student. Very nice thought on listening for God's counsel. So easy to forget this and end up in a mess.
Beautiful home and layout. Chance, thank you again for your witness. I seek the counsel of the Lord every day - especially the last five months (five months ago tomorrow) that my husband of just short of 38 years passed away very suddenly. God continues to speak in a still, small voice. Sometimes we all need to stop and listen and study His Word. I heard God in a very small voice two days ago as I met my new grandson for the first time!
Hello Chance! Good video! This place yas nearly all the rooms we need for all our hobby rooms! That doesn't happen often. #1) In the Living Room we'd add a Gas Fireplace or Wood-burning Fireplace one. Keep the carpet. #2) In the Kitchen I'd put a smaller island in with wheels on it. The microwave is in the perfect place and height. I would put in a Gas Cook Stove though. The Pantry is a disappointment - it's way too small, especially for a house this size. But at least there is one. I love that green backslash! I even like the cabinet colors! Those beams over the island are very nice looking! I'd have regular cabinets replace those open shelves as I don't like open shelves in most rooms (my Library and Music Room being the exceptions). #3) The Retreat Room...I would move the doors so they open into the Living Room. Then this room would be soundproofed and turned into my Music Studio Room! #4) In the Dining Room there would now be an entire wall where I could put Grandma's China Cabinet! I think if possible we'd change one of those windows into a door, and build a deck/porch, enclosed, outside to use as a year round sitting/eating area. #5) The Family Room. Looking from the kitchen straight down through to the back door makes it look like a hallway. If I put in a wall to close off the family room, it really makes a hallway; and that's what I would do! I'd put double Pocket Doors in the middle of the added wall to the family room. But...this room is now going to be my Library with a very small sitting area with a carpet and maybe a small gas fireplace. #6) The Utility Room is pretty nice. But, I'd put the water heater in there with the furnace - I hate one or the other being in a closet, especially the Master Closet! But after putting the water heater in the utility room, I don't think there's room for a freezer. Oh well. We'd build a Garage outside that back door. We'd add a big Storage unit in it and a Big Pantry and a good place for any size Freezer we wanted. Might even add a Pet Shower, which I wish we had now! #7) Bedroom 3 & 4 and Bathroom 3 would all be Combined and turned into the Gym. Bedroom 2 would be left as is. Bathroom 2 would be left as is too, Except I'd put my Handicapped Tub/Shower Combo in here - I like the Shower in the Master Bathroom and wish to keep it, so this is the way I can). Oh and I might change the backslash color tiles in this bathroom. Not sure what color though. #8) The Master Suite. I love that the Closet opens into the Bedroom, not the bathroom! I have already said where I'd move the water heater too. The Bedroom is a good size. We'd have Carpet in here, and I just might put carpet in the closet too! In the Bathroom, I like that Vanity, it's a good size even with 2 sinks. There looks to be enough room around the commode area to sit comfortably. But just the same if possible, I'd remove the wall and door from it - with my claustrophobia I'd never be able to close that door and it'd be in the way. I think I'd just option for a regular Linen Closet there between the water closet and the shower. I don't care for open shelves that much, as I gave alreadt stated above. As I like the Tile Shower, I think we'll keep it! I mean, it has a door and a bench, and most times it's missing one or the other. No room for a Handicapped Tub with the shower in there - as I intend to make that open area into a linen closet! Don't really think there's enough room for my Handicapped Tub there anyway. And so I will have it in the guest bathroom as stated above. I might change the backslash tile volor, and the shower Tile color too. Maybe. #9) We'd put as many porches/decks/patios as possible all around the house, probably to the garage on each side; that would be ideal. Well Chance, I wrote a pot even though I realoy like the house. But a lot of what I wrote wasn't changes, it was saying what I did like. I think you can change colors on the exterior walls too, so we might do that. i'm partial to red and green, but don't think my husband would go for a red house! So maybe green. So many options!! Anyway, Chance, as I said, good video. Great house. God bless you and your family, Chance! Untill next time!
I love the green tiles . I liked the cabinets. I like the rectangle wooden design for lighting in the kitchen. Coffe station is good . Retreat is fantastic. Bathrooms are beautiful with double sinks. Storage shelves, Lovely
Yes I am searching for the council of God in my life 🙏🏽 Super big home. Surprised there wasn't a sink in the utility room. Still good though. Good job 🙂
Very nice. I love the master bath! I love a big shower and no tub. I really appreciated what you said about the Lord. I love having His presence and guidance in my life!
I love the lay out and I'm a fan of the green tiles. How energy efficient is this one. A friend bought a double wide m.h. and her electric bill was outrageous every month.
This home is huge with so many options for the rooms. I love the wooden feature around the kitchen lights and I agree, I like the blue tile in the bathroom too! A beautiful family home for sure.
Gorgeous Home... Like the living room with the big window s letting the natural sun light shining through.. Really like the Art work on the walls as well.. Good design choice..I'm a fan of the windiw above the kitchen sink, Really a great Major Plus in the design teams and architecture design work.. That green backsplash is an Immaculate look.. Wonderful spacious and roomy bedroom's too...Love those square double sink's in the first bath and whoever chooses the artwork does a perfect job...This house is absolutely Spectacular...😊🌻☀️🌼🌞😀
This house is gorgeous but...if you lose the family room, the back bedroom and bathroom, and move the utility room up in that space, it would be perfect! ❤ at least for me. Thank you Chance for sharing this one.
I love this beautiful spacious home. The backsplash tiles are some awesome colors. Love the setup of this home but I prefer a larger pantry with wooden shelves instead of the wired shelves. Overall, I love it!! ❤️
Chance, Great home. Nice in-law suite. You are so right. We need to seek God's will in everything we do. Why do we not do that 1st instead of 2nd, 3rd, or 4th choice. Thank you for the reminder. 😊
I love this big beautiful home. I also love the green tiles in the kitchen. I love everything in this great place . Thank you Chase for this great video. 😊
I could see myself getting something like this if I were to win the Powerball or Mega Millions. That den/office would be awesome for a TH-cam channel studio.
This is well staged, but I think I would combine a couple of those small bedrooms. Nice one, Chance! I especially like the green tile and the pantry. Really like the size of the master closet
Hi Chance and Family ❤....Beautiful home ❤...only thing is the water 💧 heater in the bedroom closet...put it in the laundry room. The master shower 🚿 is gorgeous.. one more shower head... the family room is beautiful and the bedroom and bath that's with the laundry room is awesome..the laundry room is very nice and love the closet is large... kitchen is absolutely beautiful... the room with the French doors is absolutely perfect... could be a small bedroom, perhaps with a small closet... the master bath shower is absolutely gorgeous...the storage as well is adequate.. the master closet is amazing...A definite small island in there... The front door needs a change with a storm door too. I would put a nice Size porch and deck in back ..Be Safe Be Blessed..You coming to Connecticut
Love this, but I am not a big fan of water heaters in bedroom closets. As big as this house is, seems like it would be in the laundry room. So if something ever happens with it the technician can get to it without being in my closet. I have to take stuff out out if something happens to it that causes damage to stuff in my personal closet...Oh boy! Other than that, the house is nice

❤❤❤ this is my favorite Palm Harbor home! I remember when you toured the one in 2020. This one is much nicer! One tip - with Florida weather being what it is, your best time to visit and tour the homes here is between November and February, maybe March, before the crazy heat starts. Oooh, did you say East Coast? I have yet to see a manufactured home vlogger come up towards my neck of the woods (New York). It would be great if you could check out some of the dealerships up this way and it would help to show what some of the homes and features are like in the colder, northeast region of the US. Thanks!
Nice house! Even though it might be a bit of a walk, I'd make the retreat a formal dining room, add doors to a deck and just have a smaller table near kitchen. I'd make that area in the kitchen a baking station.Great tour, thanks.
This is a great home for sure. You could easily rent out the bedroom by the util-tee room to a college student or someone needing a temporary residence. Loved the kitchen but wish the pantry was bigger. Still it was a great home and tour!
Put the utility room in a more central location. This home is set up for a family down household. How about a lower generation buying to include their elders? My parents have slept separately for over a decade, so they need multiple rooms for sleeping, and I need an extra bedroom for mine, and I don't want to interfere with their private space/side of the house just to do my laundry.
You just be you ok? I enjoy all videos. Ok? Too many I am behind ok? Alots to catch up! Anyway! Nice house! As usual not like black. Green tiles! I wish they have it for main bathroom though. As usual can ask for green tiles. But also for bathrooms and kitchen tiles floors. Noo! No showers in main bath as I am more of a tub kind of person. Not want shower. A combo is even better. So major change in main bathroom. No capets anywhere! But will make office bigger by take out 2 bedrooms and make huge office with merging family room. 3 into 1. Put all utilites together into one room prefer in retreat room because I want wash and dry to be in that room. Door opens from main bedroom. Not other end. Lots of sufflings. No blacks or any color cabs. All natural, period.
My husband has been hounding me to get another house. THIS IS A GORGEOUS HOME! I cannot believe it is under $300,000. I live in New Jersey and a 2200 sq. ft. home is close to a million dollars. This is a bargain. Lord help me make the right decision. Thank you so much for this video. xoxo
Chase. Just be yourself and talk all you want. You make the tour fun and light.
Have a blessed day!❤

My favorite part is the green tiles.
No coat closet in living room
Love those tiles too! Favorite shade of green!
@@barbarakempf761don't really need it in Florida. Nice to have but not a necessity.
I have them in blue in my bathroom. They are so pretty!
Hola

I love all the earth colors, especially the green tiles. So refreshing to get away from all the drab gray tones that have been popular lately.
Thank you. God bless you. Good choice
Where that piece of wood 🪵 is I would put a cat tower 🐈 😻
I love this house it's big! Four bedrooms two suites! "WOW!" I love square sinks and clear instead of green backsplash. Love this house!

A home that size should at least have a huge walk-in pantry.
This is an awesome house. Definitely gives me the home sweet home vibes. Especially the living room being carpeted and separate from the open kitchen.
I love the green tiles . I liked the cabinets. I like the rectangle wooden design for lighting in the kitchen. Coffe station is good . Retreat is fantastic. Bathrooms are beautiful with double sinks. Storage shelves,
Lovely
Hey chance, did you have to do credit app before you toured? That bunch did that around here, and that's why they went out of business.
This is a really nice home. Lots of storage, lovely kitchen, and finally, the manufacturers are beginning to know how to install a proper backsplash!
Chance, thank you for asking that question, needed to hear that.
Yes I am searching for the council of God in my life 🙏🏽
Super big home. Surprised there wasn't a sink in the utility room. Still good though.
Good job 🙂
Nice house and layout. Would like bedrooms to be a tad bigger and missing a tub in the master bath.
I would make that little room off the kitchen that has glass doors, my pantry. I'm a baker. I would definitely need that space.
Very nice. I love the master bath! I love a big shower and no tub.
I really appreciated what you said about the Lord. I love having His presence and guidance in my life!
I love this one, the layout is beautiful
Happy Tuesday Chance
I love the lay out and I'm a fan of the green tiles. How energy efficient is this one. A friend bought a double wide m.h. and her electric bill was outrageous every month.
Ooooh, so pretty!! Love the french doors to the office area.
Love the bonus rooms..
This home is huge with so many options for the rooms. I love the wooden feature around the kitchen lights and I agree, I like the blue tile in the bathroom too! A beautiful family home for sure.
Wassup Chance?! Just needs a fireplace, and make that pantry a walk in, even if its a corner pantry.
I love the green tiles. I would like to see double shelves in the closets but this home is beautiful. Thanks Chance.
Beautiful home with one flaw, wire shelving!!
Get rid of that and order with the wood option and your GOLD!!!!♥️🔥👍
This is a beautiful home. Lots of space.
Gorgeous Home... Like the living room with the big window s letting the natural sun light shining through.. Really like the Art work on the walls as well.. This house is gorgeous but...if you lose the family room, the back bedroom and bathroom, and move the utility room up in that space, it would be perfect! ❤ at least for me. Thank you Chance for sharing this one.
I loved the green backsplash in the bathroom, as well!
Hello Chance!
Beautiful home that would be perfect for myself and my family, there are a few things I would have done differently but awesome home
I love your home tours man! Your videos helped my wife and I pick out our house! Much love man, keep up your awesome work! 💯
That retreat room I would make it my art room for my painting.
I love this beautiful spacious home. The backsplash tiles are some awesome colors. Love the setup of this home but I prefer a larger pantry with wooden shelves instead of the wired shelves. Overall, I love it!! ❤️
Water heater in the master bedroom. It would take forever to get hot water to the bathrooms at the other end of the house.
I have the back splash that is in this kitchen in my bathroom. It is the blue color you talked about and I love it!
Love the set up of this home Nd especially the back splash in the kitchen and bathrooms.
This is a very nice home! Love the kitchen, the backsplash is gorgeous. Classy and practical home with an awesome office space.
Nice home. I wonder are new homes built for wheel chairs to fit through the doors? In Romans at the moment and being blest. Take care and God bless,
Wow I wish I has this is so perfect , esp the tiny room off kitchen perfect for my reading room 😂
Thanks for watching!
Always nice to see 2 room bathrooms.
I love this model!!! The only downfall is the tiny pantry everything else is great. ❤❤❤❤
Love the big island and pantry. Fourth bedroom for an office Nice family room and closets are large
Very nice home, thanks for the tour, Chance ! 👍
Hi. Chance. I. Like the green 💚💚💚. House 🏡
Chance, Great home. Nice in-law suite. You are so right. We need to seek God's will in everything we do. Why do we not do that 1st instead of 2nd, 3rd, or 4th choice. Thank you for the reminder. 😊
You are really showing some great homes
Love love love ❤
Me too!
Nice to see the double sinks in the first guest bathroom.
I'm not big on green but I do like the kitchen.
This is beautiful

That house is very nice loved it
I could see myself getting something like this if I were to win the Powerball or Mega Millions. That den/office would be awesome for a TH-cam channel studio.
I really like the tile
This is well staged, but I think I would combine a couple of those small bedrooms. Nice one, Chance! I especially like the green tile and the pantry. Really like the size of the master closet
I love the layout of this place. My favorite parts are the shelves in the island & floating shelves in the master bathroom.❤❤❤👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟

That's A Beautiful Home
can you do a video on the difference in the materials used when building a modular home vs mobile home?
this is an amazing home.
This is a very nice house.
I really like this one.
LOVED IT!!!!!
They need to tie in the wood in the kitchen ceiling, maybe also on the window sill?
Love that back splash, makes the kitchen pop!
I really like the tours you present. You do a great job filming and commentary is great!
Thank-you!
Best to ya',,,,!
Muito, muito lindo esse Tiny house ❤❤❤❤.
Love this, but I am not a big fan of water heaters in bedroom closets. As big as this house is, seems like it would be in the laundry room. Perfect house 🏠
Wow massive!!!
Great layout!

Never carpet in Florida
I like this house
Love this.
I pray that the businesses weren’t affected by the hurricane that’s going on down there now.
I like the small office next to the dining room. But with those glass doors I guess that means I have to keep the desk looking in order.
This is a great home for sure. You could easily rent out the bedroom by the util-tee room to a college student or someone needing a temporary residence. Loved the kitchen but wish the pantry was bigger. Still it was a great home and tour!

I can't be the only one the binge watches TH-cam while I'm working.....lol.....if my boss found out he might get mad but oh well
Great video ❤
It’s to big for me. But I love the master bathroom and kitchen. A couple rooms seem like a waste of space. But nice home.
