    i find what helps with my negative thoughts or fears is saying to myself immediately when i notice them "oh its just that anxious story" and by doing that it diminishes is because its reduced to simply a story

Even if you look at it another way and say yes id read it and it would make me flow with life more because if a problem happened id still know I was on my way to my destination that still validates your point which I love! 🌹

    I share here ,
    My parents are toxic but I did love them
    However as I’m the girl I think they are not so respecting my thought , since my 30s I left my home and leave alone. In China culture it’s not good if you are not married but move out. And my mom blamed me not giving them money than giving others rent. ( while I did save money for monthly money for them , but they thought I should give the rent to them instead of others )
    My parent are negative ppl
    After I left them
    My life is incredibly changing and getting better and better
    I’m here to share to people who may be ignored by your parent and they may threat you are nothing if you leave them. But trust me, it will get much better leaving your parent .
    I have a long story but after 4 years , I cut off my parent totally since this year .
    Love yourself and don’t let anyone to disrespect, hurt Youc including n your parent , who was “supposed “ loving you with unconditional

      @DeviSietaram  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you so much for sharing your story, what a brave move you have made. I know someone close to me in a similar situation where cutting their parents of was healthier than with. Children are programmed and born to want to receive love and acceptance from their parents, not receiving that creates incredibly deep wounds but at the same time it could be the seed for strength and resilience. I hope that there are other people around you in your life that love you unconditionally. Bless you for being so strong. Sending my love🫶🏽

    Hi Devi,
    Your video came up randomly from my search history. Happiness is a goal that we want to achieve in life, but like all things, we will one day get bored of this and seek more of what life can offer us--at least for the curious ones. When that happens, we may begin to ask what our true purpose in life is and go on a soul searching journey. From there, we may dive into spiritual growth, which opens up a a can of worms but filled with exciting learning opportunities. At the end of our physical lives, we can close out our final chapter with a core message to take away with, and hopefully bring it to our next life, whatever form it may be!
    PS: do you have TikTok? If not, you should consider starting one by condensing your existing vids into shorts.

    Thing is you cant easily shift something you believe in.. you can think whatever but still wont believe it. Also I dont mind not talking to anybody at a birthday for example.. but I get bored and end up trying to strike a conversation, things like what do they think of me cross my mind, is that pleasing? I think its human we are social beings we need the sense of belonging in one way or another.
    Just a little example I cba think about it too much because in the end it are all just worries. People say boldly I dont care what people think of me. But do they really. And why.. please do care, it will make the world a better place, instead of people walking around with fake smiles and hiding beneath their masks.
    Its kinda toxic and I think it stems from a patriarchal way of thinking, not showing emotions, I dont care etc. You end up in your own shell without anyone liking you if you dont make an attempt for others to like you.
    If you truly dont care what others think why bother dressing up, why bother doing your hair, caring for hygiene, putting up a smile, being positive even though you arent, going somewhere even though you dont want to. You could say you do it for yourself but or health reasons but I dont think thats 100% the reason, we are all socially conditioned to meet expectations of others.

  • @Sam-es2gf
    @Sam-es2gf ปีที่แล้ว

    Plenty of faulty logic, victim blaming and false assertions here. You make the analogy of negative self-talk being like abusive parents, and that's accurate. But you have no empathy at all for people that start with this negative talk from the world, because your answer to negative self talk is to love yourself. "The love you receive is reflective of the love for yourself" well, how would you describe colour to a blind person? you are not talking the same language. We can predict who is going to be diagnosed with aspd, be a criminal, etc as early as 4 years old because this lack of love from parents etc rewires peoples brains. Why do so many people who were abused go on to abuse others? Brains are adaptive and flexible.. to a point.
    You cannot love yourself if no love is given to you. Look how many positive comments here and on manifestation videos are from women, especially attractive women.. it reasonates with them because people and society are more prepared to give love to them, whereas for men it is transactional - no provision? no love. That's why the path of unemployment > relationship issues > suicide is primarily a male issue. Jibberish like this is just gaslighting people who never got love from the world, acting like because it works for you then that's how it is, from a position of such privilege is so ignorant.
