@@Commanderflynn If a downed opponent has meter or bar, they may use an OD/super move as a wake-up since they can only be blocked if you see them coming. And if you're in burnout, it's chip damage. So the rule of thumb in SF6 is to never go in burnout unless it's for a round-ending combo.

The thing that irks me the most, beyond his blatant lying about how the game drops his inputs and the connections being bad... It's his claims how he can't block on reaction (presumably due to the bad connections). The amount of times Phil has claimed he can't react to a cr.mk or a sweep is unreal. 99% of the world can't do that, let alone Phil lol (NOBODY can purely react to a cr.mk, maybe the best of the best could react to a sweep). Most people can't even react to overheads which are 2x slower or more, yet Phil is convinced he could block everything if only the connection was good or his inputs weren't being list.
It just shows he really doesn't understand what he's talking about. Not that anyone needed convincing of that.
