    영상 잘 봤어요! 완전 시원하고 도움 너무 많이 되네요!!! 평소에 자세가 안좋아서 목부터 허리까지 좋지 않아서 꾸준히 운동, 스트레칭, 물리치료 하면서 자세교정 중인데 오래 앉아
    있을때마다 너무 몸이 무겁더라구요 자세에 도움 될만한거 알아보다가 친척이 추천해 줘서 새로 알게된 허리큐 자세교정 의자 로 바꾼 후 부터는 하루가 다르게 몸이 가볍고 편하더라구요 허리큐 자세교정 의자 에 있는 여러가지 기능중에 팔걸이 기능이 자세 유지시켜 주는데 완전 신세계더라구요 허리큐 자세교정 의자 도움도 받으면서 운동 도 같이 해주면 효과가 두배는 빠르게 좋아지더라구요 !!!!!! 특히 스트레칭 꾸준히 해주는것두 자세교정 하는데 너무 중요하더라구요 !!!

      +Ian LEE 영어 자막 까지는 시간 소요가 너무 되서 힘들거같습니다. 영상 우측 하단에 자막 버튼 누르시면 자동으로 영어 자막이 나오긴 하는데 100% 정확하게 나오는건 아닙니다만 꽤 신용성있습니다

    Do you know, if fixing anterior pelvic tilt is possible? I saw many videos, but in the end i would like to know about anyone who fixed that problem. Maybe its not possible to fix and exercises are only for purpose of not making it worse.

      거북목에 직접적으로 아니지만 간접적으로는 거북목이 있는분들에게는 라운드 숄더가 따라올 가능성이 많습니다 라운드 숄더의 교정에는 도움이 될 수있을듯 싶네요

    dream come true. was waiting for this. will watch it. can you pls make a video how to improve shoulder mobility? mine are forward inverted and i tried everything. read from one guy stop pulling but simply hang from a pullbar. i am doing this, still i cant get my arms above my head correctly. i tried so much for my overhead and health. make a video about it dan pls, if you havent already in this video, since shoulders are critical for posture too.

      i have problems raising my arms straight above my head. they are pulled forward. my shoulders have a forward spin to them. i always had this somehow.

    안녕하세용 영상 잘보고잇습니다
    저는 맨몸운동은아니고 웨이트로 살을빼고잇는 중인데
    상체가 좌우 불균형이 제생각에는 심한거같아요
    손으로 만져봐도 크기차이가 나는거같고 운동할때도 왼쪽힘이 많이 딸립니다
    운동을하면서 차이가 점점 더나는 느낌이라 해결방법이 없나 궁금하네요...

      그 이유는 자세가 불안정해서 그럴 가능성이 더 높습니다.
      사람은 누구나 양팔 중 주로 쓰는 팔이 한 쪽 팔이죠. 대부분 오른손잡이가 많다보니 오른 팔을 주로 많이 씁니다. 이미 내 몸에 습관이 되어 있기 때문에 상대적으로 오른쪽 팔의 힘이 더 많이 발달되지요.
      따라서 중요한건 웨이트 할 때 좌우의 균형을 잘 맞춰가면서 해야 합니다. 이것을 주로 밸런스 잡는다고 하지요.
      특히 운동을 처음 하시는 분들 아니면 잘 모르는 분들은 무조건 가슴, 이두근, 복근에만 신경씁니다. 하지만 우리 몸에서 밸런스를 잡아주는 부위는 등, 허리, 하체 근육이지요. 더 세분화하면 숭모근, 광배근, 후면삼각근, 기립근, 대퇴부 근육들입니다. 이들을 먼저 충분히 균형감 있게 잘 발달시켜주는게 좋습니다.
      좌우 불균형이 심해진다면 다시 처음으로 돌아가서 밸런스부터 잡아주세요. 고중량 생각하지 말고 저중량 혹은 맨몸 운동으로 좌우 밸런스를 맞춰주고 중량을 조금씩 올리셔야 합니다.

    안녕하세요. 질문이 있어서 답글하나 남겨봅니다. 제가 요즘에 조금씩 운동하고있는데요. 워낙 구부정한 자세로 있다보니 어깨랑 가슴쪽이 굽었을거라 추정되는데요. 요즘따라 왼쪽 가슴뼈쪽에 통증이 오네요. 위치는 명치에서 검지손가락 하나 위로 올라가서 바로 왼쪽인데요. 갈비뼈같이 느껴지는 그런 곳에서 통증이 오네요. 그냥 가슴을 펼때 조금씩 통증이 느껴지는데 지금까지 워낙 자세가 안좋아서 펴지는거라 통증이오는거겠죠?. 무리하게는 운동 안하고있고 철봉이나 팔굽혀펴기정도로 조금씩 하고 있습니다.

      이정원 우선 아닐지도 모르지만요 혹시라도 같다면. 이라는 명목으로 답글을 달아봅니다 전 오른쪽 가슴뼈쪽이 님처럼 아파요 그래서 왜 아픈가하다가 어깨&승모근& 뒷쪽 하부승모근이라고 하나요? 그쪽들을 풀어주기 시작했어요 그럴땐 통증들이 좀 가시더군요 문제는 이게 꾸준히해야하는데.. 모든지가 꾸준히가 좋은 것같아요 더욱이 뒷쪽은 혼자 풀어주기가 쉽지않아 저는 집안의 둥근 모서리로 살살 여기도 저기도하면서 푸는데 그럼 좋더군요.. 조금이나마 도움이 되지 않을까?싶어 답글 달아 봅니다. (만약 아니면 죄송해요)

      거북목 맞아요. 승모근 때문에 그렇게 보이는게 아니라 승모근 때문에 앞으로 나간 케이스;; 완벽한 사람은 잘 없지만 원래는 귀와 어깨랑 일직선이 되어야 합니다.

      님이랑 저랑 증상 비슷한지 모르지만 제증상 적어볼게요 어릴적부터 가슴근육에 긴장을 많이해서 가슴근육이 어깨를 앞으로 수그리게 만들고 견갑을 뜨게 만들었는데 그자세에 적응이되서 그자세로 운동하면 어깨 힘줄이라던가 인대같은게 부딪히는데 님도 그런가요???
