    I was playing Basketball 2 days ago after a Long time maybe 3-4 months. I Went really hard and literaly all the muscles that you Count hurts so damn much 😂

      As a rookie, MJ naturally could jump higher than anyone in the league. For him (and his post game), shoulders and chest took his game to the next level. For the rest of us who cant float in the air, chest and shoulders isnt nearly enough

      They are! I was simply giving the top three muscle groups, but honestly every muscle group is essential when it comes to basketball!
