Working that left hand when you really try to keep things in parity is the hardest part. Keeping tempo and harmony. I only started playing piano a week ago and I'm trying to learn this and Merry Christmas Mr Lawrence together. Lol. Brain buster.

I can play this quite well and at different tempos. Within about 2 weeks of intermittent playing it just came together and was both hands were suddenly working. Thanks for this video and your continued help for those who tune into you. I will be practising Mariage d'amour, which I notice you have covered also. That will be challenging for sure, but I am confident it will also be achievable. Anybody reading this, stick with it, you might be surprised how quickly your brain tunes you into playing what you wish to learn.

If you found it hard let me suggest you should for any future piece study separate hands super well first, like learn by heart Separate hands and with metronome BEFORE putting hands together It makes all the difference I know because I used to play hands together too soon and the final result is very frustrating you waste so much time

So I learned the full melody and played it with only a SINGLE note in the left hand. I played it like that for a year probably. To the point where I can play the melody extremely easy. Then I found this video and I started to learn left hand properly and its actually clicking, I can play it now, but very very slowly, I think if I keep practicing I'll be able to do it faster. The point is, when I first saw it, it seemed impossible, but what I did helped me so much, so I definitely think you're right
