This one took a while to complete, jumping from one game to another to record drift gameplay is incredibly hard as every single game acts differently. @@randompotato7932 when 2 objects touch each other they creat some vibrations and it may slow or speed them it’s called friction if u slide in a rubber floor u can’t but if u slide in ice u can and in a8 when u drive a car it’s like u drive in ice but with rubber floor grip and it’s pretty unrealistic and idk if ur being sarcastic or not lol

Prostreet drifting was so good because once you got a good angle it would just lock and you would just glide forever and get so many points. I miss that game
I missed that gem so hard that I'm playing it back after like 10 years, overall this is the most underrated game, mainly opinion about this game was so bad due to twoheads in NFS MW community.

When you play a drift event in NfS Shift, the driving feeling changes drastically and it feels like you're driving on a track made out of butter.
It was oddly satisfying, watching 14 minutes of drifting.
You go from calm drifting in car x to slamming a P1 round corners in NFS Payback, I love it lol

Need for speed carbon introduced me to drifting and is still today my favorite need for speed and drifting in my childhood. It’s that fast speed where one mistake could ruin it and what makes it so fun and it was back then when not everyone was all over the Supra and there was actually cool custom body kits
My all time favourite is the Rx7. Can’t explain why, but I love this car, especially in NfS Carbon.

I have so much nostalgia's for nfs ProStreet it's insane. Just the ability to customise the body kits dimensions and add vents in places or even adjust the width and height of a wing you liked the style of was so great

@@Shantanu_98 what I mean by that is some cars feel like a dream to drift and some are the most uncontrollable things in existence. Take the Bayonet R, which has a drift of 5 and feels amazing. Then you have the Firestorm, which has a drift of 10 and is horrendous to drift. (I know one's Class B and one's Class A but still)

From the early games i liked Pro Street alot. The cars had weight in em when u handle cars which most racing games didnt have back in the day.
I would say that nowadays some games aren't even close to have as realistic car feeling as ProStreet had those days. It had a lot of great features, visual damage model was great, a lot of tuning options and of course great atmosphere and soundtrack :)
The transitions were so smooth i didnt even realize it was a different game until i saw the car
Where's Burnout Paradise Remastered!? There's an event called "Stunt Run", it also includes drifting! The best car to drift is Kitano Touge Sport!

Drift 86 is actually a really good drift game, yeah the physics aren't the best but it feels very rewarding nailing a drift or linking corners.
