Awesome. Just awesome. What an adventure. Loved the Edit, the pace of the film. You guys will have the adventure calling for life now for sure. Well done. I smiled the whole way through 😜

Wreckless, irresponsible, careless, lack of preparation......everything required for an adventure......DO IT AGAIN!!! Loved it! Very funny video. By the way, how did you get back?
Best comment we’ve had all week! Thanks so much. We made our way back the same way, and you can check out the vid if you want, it’s called ‘crossing the Irish Sea with a 4ho motor’. We think you will love the adventures coming up this year.

Great video. I once did a 90 mile trip from pompano beach to islamorada in the florida keys non stop. But i had a 15' sib with a 40hp tohatsu. Your journey brought back memories. Well done video with great narration. Cheers boys!
Wow, what an EPIC adventure. Sam you said said that you are a RUTHLESS individual and hats off Brother you are! As are all the team from OUTSIDE YOUR ZONE. A thoroughly professional production and awesome narration. I kept forgetting that I was watching a TH-cam video…..BRILLIANT….Cheers Dean aka MonkeyDixAdventures
Guys this is incredible! Wanted to sail from Blackpool to Isle of Man for years but thought it reckless and you boys have just awoken the rebel in me! Thank you and a massive well done to you all! 👏🏻
I’ll tell you what that is adventure, right there! I usually can’t watch long TH-cam videos, but that had me from start to finish! Well done lads, seriously that was epic. And very entertaining! There’s no stopping you lot, and fair play 👍😅
That means the world mate, so glad you enjoyed our vid, we worked so hard to make it an entertaining watch. Long live captain landslide! Adventure forever!
You need drysuits, guys. Two pack glue would've solved your puncture problem in 15 minutes. I'm a third of the way in, & guessing that Johnson will be the first to suffer... Spent a lot of time in rubber ducks, they're great for close in to shore work, but what you're doing is so hard, most people wouldn't comprehend. Glad some young 'uns have a sense of adventure. 👍 Been a long time that I've had such a smile on my face over a video, nicely produced. Glad it all worked out for you all!
Boys! This was EPIC! What a bloody mission, my hat is off to you lads. Unbelievable! This episode played out like a docco, great watch, great editing and perfect narrative. Loved everything about it. ✌🏻
Glad you made it across lads otherwise we wouldn't have met you in Douglas 👍 keep living on the edge 😉 GET SOME . Quality video and I'm only 5 minutes in 🤩😎✌
Fantastic adventure, as a pensioner sitting here in the comfort of my living room I felt I was part of the adventure too, if only, young people of today seem to get a bad press but these young guys give me hope for the future, what they have done together as a team and most of all as good bloody mates can never be underestimated, thanks for taking an old boy along with you lads.
Epic. Get in! Good to see you all finish safely. Some lessons to be learned, eh? (like, maybe stow your ropes and lines ready to be used!) - imagine how bonkers Neothilic peoples must have been to do that in small (rowed?) vessels. Next up on OYZ: The Boys rebuild some engines. (o;
Thanks Barry! Always mint to hear that you’ve enjoyed our vids, this one is the hardest we’ve worked on anything so far. Many lessons learned, like you said, we’ve come out of it much more capable adventurers. It’s mad to think Neolithics did it in larl rowing boats. All the best.
Juast awesome! Inspiring brave and what an adventure! First class effort. If I was 40 years younger I'd be right there alongside you all. Class acts, all of you. 💪💪

Absolutely bang on! Love messing about in dinghys... did u have a marine radio ? Had a yam 4hp stroker from new (1991) but three years back bought a new fourstroke Mercury 3.5hp n the diff in fuel consumption is quite surprising...
Aye we had VHFs mate. We used the local radios to communicate with each other and had the marine VHFs just in case. Hope you enjoyed the adventure, and stick around for more SIB content. OYZ 🧡
Absolutely the best of adventurer’s you boys totally inspired. Discovered your OYZ videos recently and I must say I’m a massive fan. Never change boys. O Y Z

Incredible achievement guys, well done! I've just got into boating with a SIB and saw you guys on Islander Outdoors -- glad I did! A real inspiration. :)
Lads, amazing work, amazing adventure! Well done!!! I intend to do something similar, crossing the English channel with my Excel Vanguard 395 + Yamaha F25 😁
Me and 2 friends of mine also did the same thing, we are crossing from Jepara to Karimun Jawa (60km) in a 3.5meter inflatable boat with a 5.8hp parsun outboard. It was a great journey for the first 5 hours, we were all soaked in water, also a friend of mine started to have heavy seasick, our gps navigation (Sony Xperia) was failed because soaked in water too, so we decided to go back after 15km away. We cant even find the dock, because the land is all the same from the sea. Also u need a marine radio, and all have to be waterproof.
Adventure is never foolish. Safety in numbers is the key to surviving anything. A fool would go at it alone... besides it's way more fun! Misery loves company! There is nothing like the open water. Your gang was true. Truly good people, having a truly good time no matter what happens. Life is too short, and you fellas have certainly had more life experiences than Joe. All my best & safe travels!!!
Well done lads cracking adventure and film it had drama it had tension and humour. This beats sitting at home playing video games right wish I did something like this when I was a spring chicken, but I am thinking of getting a SIB at the moment as they seem so versatile n fun hence watching youtube videos about them. @@OutsideYourZone I'm sure the boat is up to it, my confidence just isn't at that level yet. I've got all the safety gear, right type of lifejacket, VHF radio, EPIRB, etc. Chaging the gear oil this weekend, the impellor pumps plenty of water. With time, i'll push myself further.
Love to hear it mate! That’s what OYZ is all about, make sure you film your next. If adventure and tell us when you post it, we’ll give it a watch! All the best 🧡
Wow totally irresponsible. I LOVE IT guys 😂😂 what fun and I’d love to do the same! Great video and really hit a nerve with me, I grew up with a Zodiac and 15hp Johnson and loved it. I’d trust that 70s Johnson all day long, the Suzuki and Yam are good outboards too. Brilliant video lads - you all rock!
When that Johnson gave out, I felt very anxious just watching it...eekk. The big mystery is where did it go? Hopfully not a watery grave at the bottom of the irish sea. No surprises the Suzuki 2 Stroke was the one that stayed the course. My engine of choice for that mission would be a carbed 2-stoke Tohatsu everytime, just finding one would be the problem, not that I would be brave enough to attempt it LOL.
Thanks for watching Andy! The Suzuki is our most reliable motor by far, you’re right. You’ll see that’s the case in a week or so when we release the vid of the return journey 😉 no spoilers!
@@OutsideYourZone I finally managed to get hold of one of those, hens teeth Suzuki DT15s you use, and did some work on Cosmetics. So now I won't have to keep begging you to sell me yours :). 22 years old, even though it was low hours I still had to ask Gary Wilkinson from PnPOutboards to spend hours trying to remove all the cottage cheese out of the cooling system. I will show you a pic if You tube lets me share a link. Edit:- No it won't LOL

Looked like a lot of fun! Speaking from experience, I know that the cameras never do the waves justice. I've been an inflatable boat owner for 2 years and wouldn't have thought about crossing a whole sea with it. Makes me wanna do it too with my inflatable and 1980 Chrysler 15 2 stroke! And how did you get the boats home?
thanks Bebe, they are more capable than a lot of people think! That sounds like it will be a great adventure, there are a couple people doing it this year! We might have to do it again to defend our record. We actually stayed on the Isle of Man for a week to wait for a good weather window to return, it’s on our channel, Crossing the Irish Sea with a 4 Horsepower Motor.
Quality adventure and you captured it perfectly. Keep up the vids and can’t wait for your next adventure. Could it be another adventure across the seas to another island maybe? Possibly Guernsey in the Channel Islands ?? If you do give me and shout and I’ll come down the harbour to wave you In 😂😂👍🏻😜
We love the Channel Islands, perhaps we have plans to visit Guernsey and Alderney?!? Maybe in something a little bit bigger than an inflatable though 🤔 keep watching to see the crazy direction this channel is going!
