Sailed around the gap etc. Friendly suggestion bros is for the mold the most available and efficient way to keep the mold is to wipe the surfaces with white table vinegar. Good going on the refit. The lever on the forward gear needs flipped 180 to get the selector corrected. It’s common that this happens. Cheers from fenders junction Colorado.
I fried the gearbox in my sailboat by overfilling it with oil, we all make mistakes even in our 50’s. Like many others are saying the important part is to learn from your mistakes and be kind to yourself and your friends.
if thats a new dive mask clean the inside with toothpaste and a cloth to remove a residue that causes it to fog and after that use a drop of washing up liquid each dive (or spit)

black mould is nearly always caused by condensation especially in small boats which need lots of ventilation
