May as well make this an annual award eh? I know it is only August, but this one takes the gong for 2023. Just gorgeous, and not a lot of money. You can say what you like about Seiko, and I frequently do, but their dials are off the charts. Hardlex, not so much. Cheers, Jody

I need to ask the OP; Why use hot water if you are just going to ice it after? That seems like a lot of unnecessary dilution to me from a classical built drink perspective. I like more drink in my drink, but not if it's all water. Are you pickin' up what I'm layin' down? That being said, I've never tried it so I have no idea how it would taste when combined together and for all know, it could be the best drink I've ever had haha 😂

I find myself watching your videos at night more often than heading to streaming services. Not sure what's happening to me. One thing is for sure: Your videos are killing it and I know it's a lot of work to produce this content. It has been fun to see this channel grow. Can't wait to see the new JOMW watch. I admit, some prices are more than impressive. However, buying a second hand watch, from a private seller, from such a distant country makes me a little bit worried.

They are shooting themselves in the foot. I bought an SNKS77 new but very cheap. The bracelet has folded links and the mineral glass quickly lost its lustre. Its now got double domed Sapphire with AR on it and a high quality jubilee bracelet, It looks fabulous and cost me about £65 to do. Seiko could have done that much cheaper and sold loads more watches for a higher price making more profit

I've never had a problem with hardlex up until a part of my ceiling came down and hit my manhatton cocktail time, which was on disply at the time. It actually stood up pretty well. Anyway, it buffed out easily with some diamond paste from eBay (about a tenner at the time) and the help of a cordless drill. It looks as good as new now. The paste is supposed to even do sapphire, but I'm not sure how you would scratch a sapphire crystal in the first place.

I was lucky enough to pick one of these up when it was released. Because of my work I have several dress style watches, including a very well preserved 1983 Tudor Prince Oysterdate. This one by far gets the most wrist time. It is wonderfully versatile. You can dress it up, you can dress it down. I find myself finding reasons to wear it more frequently. It looks far more expensive than what I paid for it and it will never leave my collection…sorry Tudor Prince Oysterdate.

They need to make these more readily available, though for some reason a lot of Japanese made watches like this are sold by dealers here in Turkey, there can be watches we can't get.
