My current edc is the Wurkkos TS22 70.3 hi cri. Substantially smaller & lighter than the SC33 with nice tint as well. Its bout the largest 21700 light I'd wanna edc. TS10 is a great light with big lumens for its size for those into smaller pkgs
Just be careful with it. Mine (70.2 5000K) decided to unlock and activate turbo this evening while driving on the highway. It wasn’t until I smelled smoke and felt my thigh burning that I realized it burned a hole through my pants and boxers, and my thigh was next 😂😂 I love it and really want to try it with 70.3 for the added throw.
@@scottsum1319 I forgot about 5C! I used that for maybe a day before deciding I liked auto-lock better. Some movement while driving had to have double tapped the switch and then continued pressing it unfortunately. Lesson learned, no more lights in loose pockets while driving
@@genegowdy9164 sure, it still does (too dengerous to carry without) 2-tap > temporarily disable auto-lockout and back to lock state in 1miunutes 4-tap > disable auto-lockout feature (another 4-tap to enable) at least mine works this way, then I just wonder if this is new firmware thing or existing feature nobody using (I've seen many reviewers complaining auto-lock timer being too short), have you tried 4 tap? If yours work like mine then it could have been this way since the first batch.
I agree with you on this video. I have all of them apart from your first 2 flashlights. I have the sofirm SP33S not got the SC33, will look into this one. The IF23 are always in my cars, such a great light. My EDC is the Wurkkos FC13, it's always in my pocket. I'd like to add another light, that would be the Astrolux EA04. Comes with extention tube and you can use some many different batteries in it, probably not a 2023 release but a great flashlight. Merry Christmas!! 🎅
My favs from the list is the Wurkkos TD03 and sofirn if23... Can't beat the price performance ratio and both are different from the usual cookie cutter releases! The flashlight game has really changed its affordable now, back in the day you would pay hundreds for what was considered high end lights and I think all these budget lights on this list would stomp a mud hole in those lights today! Lol
Merry Christmas Joseph! Thanks for another nice best 10 flashlight videos! The light I reach for the most to around my house or in my car is the Wurkkos TS10 4000K. It's a great little light and easy to carry around.
Great review. I agree with your choices except the Sofirn SC28 (way too complicated in my opinion}. I happily own 8 of the 10 that you chose. I really enjoy your reviews, they are so informative and interesting.
Nice Review... You now got to include the TD01C on the list of Best Budget Throwers. Man that Light just become one of the Best Best Budget Throwers. Just Got it a few days ago. ✌️✌️✌️🔦🔦🔦 Happy New Year
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Interesting list. I agree with you that the IF23 has the perfect feature set for camping. I do think it is a little chunky for EDC and too heavy to clip to the brim of my cap. I find myself dropping my new Baton 4 in my pocket more than anything else since I got it. I like the 3 LED charge status indicator on the button and how it is small enough to clip to my cap for hands-free work. Keep up the good work and see you in 2024!
The nitecore does look very interesting but the built in non replaceable batt kills it for me. I take my lights out on long rides & always pack a spare batt. TS22 works for me
@@jessieespiritu As mentioned, I ride EUCs/bikes & use sustained high for the entire ride. Even on walks, I go high. I've ran out of juice many a times & a spare batt is much easier (&cheaper) to carry than another light. Each to their own but for me, I need sustained high & non replaceable batt is a deal breaker
If you want something comparable. ( I’m not fluent in every sofirn wurkkos etc). The wurkkos ts25 is a lot like it and is brighter, it’s anduril v2 so you can do a lot with it, and has a great spill to throw ratio..

@@ovosteph Mine auto locks every single time. There is a non mentioned hack with 5c that turns button light & turns off auto lock

SC33 is my favorite of all those.
Love mine as well. Unique beam pattern.
I got mine last week and it seems they fixed auto-lock issue!!
I actually like the auto lock.
@@genegowdy9164 definitely keeps it from coming on in your pocket.

I'm going to order that wurkkos ts12. Love my ts11.

Thank you cos I appreciate your comment and support and kind words my friend.
Love my sofirn if23 such a versatile light
Great list! The TS12 with 18650 extension tube is 👌🏻

Nice, i like number one and number 2
Hello my friend . Good list of lights ! Question .... What is the flickering light on the right background of your table ? Thanks !!!
Merry Christmas man and a Happy New Year!
Thanks Happy Holidays.
Great list. How do you feel about the SC31 Pro? I was sure that would make your list.
It's a excellent light, it released a couple years ago not a 2023 release
Oh gotcha. That makes sense 👍 Of the 10 you showed in this video, do any have or come with a magnetic tail?
Cool video and thanks for the recommendations!
Thank you I appreciate your comment 🙏
Merry Christmas brother!! Hope Santa was good to the little ones!
Thank you my friend 🙏 Happy Holidays.
For me the best EDC flashlight is the Wurkkos HD20
If you try the nitecore edc33, that list might change 😃

You might not need it with 70 lumens continuos for 31 hrs😮

spot and flood LED combined into single board is very interesting concept, is it really 4000mAh as it claim?
@a_0182 I just read from review, I hope so 🤞
Tldw the imalent sr32 was his top pick.
I think the sr32 would be a little hefty for a edc.
@@smotheredchrome nah.. use the shoulder strap.. people edc ar15 😆😆 why can’t we edc another strapped item lol.
Lol
I loved my IF23 until the side light stopped working. 😢
Did you try reaching out to sofirn?
@smotheredchrome no I have not. And I'm guessing the reason I haven't is subconsciously I want justification to buy a newer brighter flashlight. Lol
Anyone have the Acebeam e70 mini... Any input with Acebeam mini versus any of these would lights be greatly...

Side swicth lights arent practical unless your elderly and need a light to walk your poodle at night.
Too big for EDC.
