The universe got so big and beautiful and it knew it wouldn't last long so it created us so it could see itself... lol

My personal theory is the idea that at the center of our universe there is the biggest super massive black hole, similar to each galaxy. Black holes essentially being energy redistribution vehicles, the big bang may have simply been the last time that black hole let out a quasar. We do know that, from what we have observed, the largest known instance of this process, from super massive black holes of which we can observe their effects, was roughly 10 billion years ago. During this event those quasar would have been amongst the largest structures in the universe during their process. Its fun to think this was what the big bang was. I can only imagine the size of the black hole at the center of everything. Dark energy could be involved in the redistribution process. If the distribution would have to match the expansion rate, a vehicle could assist this.
The only reason we haven't received signals from other beings is because they are long gone and yet to come .we will not be around long enough to know in such a short widow of time.

We aren't the only life in the universe. We are the result of all life before us. We use and abuse the other life that came before us to eat, cloth and house ourselves, at their peril. Some people are too shortsighted to realize what a gift we have, to be used wisely and preserved, not plundered away, greedily.

There is no such thing as nothing. At the very least there had to exist a set of circumstances that allowed a big bang from 'emptiness' or whatever you want to call it, because it could not have been true absolute 'nothing'- the fact that there is no such thing as 'nothing' is actually one of the few things we can know with 100% certainty. Similar to the "I exist" in Descartes meditations writings.
Just because you can't imagine nothing, doesn't mean that nothing didn't exist. The scale of the universe alone is something a human brain can't even begin to fathom. True nothingness is just as mind boggling to the puny neurons in our brains.

Even if you observe "something" popping in and out of existence doesn't prove anything at all. it means something is coming into something.
There is no such thing as nothing. There is only something, and how it changes form. When you die, you will not be nothing, your thoughts will not be nothing.
All energy, every thought, memory is all energy, matter.
It will merely change form. Energy can not be created, nor destroyed. The universe was allocated a certain allowance of energy to play with.
And that energy can never be any more, or any less than it is.
There is no such thing, as nothing.

I find the fine tuning argument so silly because it ignores the fact that before the big bang, and every moment up to the moment we started to exist the universe was in motion. There's probably been so many big bangs that didn't have the properties needed for us, so we weren't there. Then it crunched and happened again, or matter/antimatter was in balance and everything annihilated and the universe tried again. In a time before time this could happen billions of times very getting the universe we have now. Then once that universe existed matter is bouncing around doing its thing until randomly things become right for planets and stuff and life to occur. It's a similar process as evolution- things aren't mutating better all the time, they're mutating randomly and sometimes something sticks that's useful.

You can change the playback speed (on the bottom on the video "settings", then playback speed to .75). It gets a bit of an echo and sounds like you're dreaming of someone talking to you. I think it feel weird to listen to, but maybe you'll like it
