It uses an clever blend of Cordura and Hypalon fabrics to create a slim, light form factor that hides well under pants. We found that this system works well in holding your medical essentials (Tourniquets, Gauze, Gloves, Chest Seals, NPA) BUT also can be used as an effective escape and evasion kit.
We were able to find spots to hide handcuff keys, knives, saws, and lock picks. If packed carefully using the proprietary lashing system, one could combine the two and hold both medical and escape implements.
