    Thanks Scott, great video! Can you use this function at recurring meetings? Is it possible that each meeting in the series would have its own uniqe agenda and tasks in loop?

      Thanks for the positive feedback 😀
      Sadly, this is only currently available for one-off meeting scheduling and not recurring meetings. I would love to see it in recurring meetings and hopefully we will see that in the future, and of course, feed it back to the Loop Team via the link below, as they do read and reply to ideas and possibly work on them if enough people ask too 😎

    how do you share an agenda with follow up meetings? Is it possible to have a single agenda say that's used for 2 or 3 different meets or are these all separate?

    Hello. Thank you for the detailed information. Question. Will this work in meetings with external users as well? Or only with users from inside the organization?

    • @your365coach
      @your365coach  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Great question and sadly Loop is limited to internal colleagues, meaning external parties won’t see the Loop Section within your Teams Meeting as they won’t have access to it. Maybe in the future if Loop supports external users, it may be possible 😃

    Hello !! Thanks for your video are very helpful . Just a question, when I’m in loop in a workspace and I have created a list of tasks, some of them have assigned to me , i have created a loop component of this, but when I want to send to Todo application is only available the option to open in planner the option to open in TO/DO app is not available (in grey) . Do you know why ? This doesn’t happen when the task list is created for a meeting or in teams.. then the option to send to your TO/Do app is available . It would be great to have an answer about it. Thanks a lot for your help

      That's an interesting one and sadly not something I have come across, so I would recommend checking in with Microsoft Support on that type of issue 🙂

    Great Video. I noticed that this functionality does not work when you select a 'teams channel' in the 'Add channel' section ? Is this by design, bug or user error ?

    • @your365coach

      Thanks for your feedback 😀.
      I suspect that's by design, as the Meeting Notes themselves are created as a Loop Page and then I believe for your own meetings, shared in your OneDrive for Business. For a Channel, I think this is therefore a SharePoint Folder and therefore not available in Loop. However, if I am wrong, i'll update this thread, but for now, i don't think you are doing anything wrong 😀

      Thanks for the informative video,@@your365coach. I was looking forward to testing this out, but not being able to have the meeting associated with a channel is frustrating. Is there a way to mimic the Loop capabilities for a channel meeting? I really, really like the idea of having Action Items (To-dos) pushed/pulled out of the meeting and into people's task list.

    Great video - thanks! One question: often when I’m participating in meetings where I`m not the organizer - I want to take my own private notes and not share with anyone. How to go about that…? Works fine in OneNote - i believe I get the option to share. Can each participant take their own minutes from the same meeting?

    • @your365coach
      @your365coach  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thanks for your kind feedback.
      Yes, so if you want the private notes capability, I would probably recommend using the Loop App's own capability, creating a new Page (an Ideas Page or in a Workspace) and then choose a Meeting Notes Template. You can fill in the information, and then selectively share that information as Loop Components, or the Page entirely with others, or even create Tasks in Planner and To Do and Sync them.

      @@your365coach Thanks for your response :-). Yeah - i «feared» the was the option I was left with. I really love the feature «send to OneNote» from within a meeting incorporating all the meeting meta data automatically for you (title, participants, date, meeting room etc). Hopefully the functionality will converge.

    I have used the loop meeting agenda for the last month, about 60 meetings in all. Most of the meetings have several tasks assigned to various people. Right now I have to go into each meeting to see if all of the tasks have been cleared, this is extremely time consuming My question to you is, as a PM what is the best way to manage all of the assigned tasks and follow up?

    how to activate loop component as editable agenda?

    • @your365coach
      @your365coach  ปีที่แล้ว

      I'd recommend just checking if you have the option via the Teams for the Web, in case your Desktop Version needs an update. You can schedule a meeting and add the option for a Teams Notes via the Web Version. If it's not available, it could be timing as these features are being released now, or your IT Admin has turned it off 😀

      @@your365coach You can do this if you perform the same steps on the SERIES, it seems to keep the series loop as a template of sorts and things will replicate forward to subsequent meetings. But, if you started a meeting without that application to the series, it will create a planner for each individual instanced meeting.
      And there is no way to unlink it from the meeting. If you delete the bad loop from your OneDrive, you've broken your meeting notes. Yay. Don't try to cut and paste the planner into the meeting notes, either. There is something different about these meeting notes that you cannot paste a loop component into. Weird, huh? Can't put a loop inside of a loop.

      They are also not available in channel meetings 😢 hopefully Microsoft will eventually change this as the features you describe would make running a regular whole team meeting easier
