In this episode I will diagnose and repair a soldering iron iron. I was going to do it a long time ago, but there was no time, opportunity or desire ð
As always, it's worth measuring and checking before you start cutting. Fortunately, I wasn't in a hurry and measured everything before making a mistake. It turned out that the solders holding the heater and thermocouple were the cause of the failure. All I had to do was correct the solder and everything worked like new, apparently I overheated the stock once and that resulted in the degradation of the tin. Fortunately, we didn't have to buy anything extra, just replace the tin and that's it ðŠ
