Hi Haley! I've been following your channel for a long time, I never thought to comment. You've helped me out a lot to understand lots of care for my new bunny I'm getting in August (2019) I've had a little albino bun named Cocoamo that I bought from PetLand not knowing they had an awful reputation. My fur baby died from multiple attacks of brain seizures. I only had her for a few months.Then I decided to go w a breeder. I bought Dutch bunny. She lived for 5 & 1/2 yrs. I named her Sundae. Time for a new bunny! So i had to find a new breeder and my new bun was just born from a litter of mini rexes. I'v used one of those plastic cages u buy at Petsmart/Petco before. (U showed it in one of your vids.) I know not to use that now. Thx!! I had a cat too but I owned Sundae first & I didn't know how to introduce em. They were both scared of each other. (I just had to put my cat down the end of June.) If I get another kitten, can u explain to me how to introduce them to each other?! I'd really like to let my bunny have free range of the house. Ty hun!!

Could you maybe do a video showing how you do your bunny laundry?? I noticed you used vinegar and I’m very intrigued 😂
I have one that I did in the past, but I don't know if I used vinegar back then. I could maybe do an updated one! Basically though, I dump vinegar into the washer if the load is super dirty, then I put a small amount of unscented natural laundry soap, and then fill the "fabric softener" cup with vinegar also! It helps with smell and vinegar can also be used instead of laundry soap if you run out!

I also have a bunny but sadly.. I’m going to have to give him up. I’m moving in about 3 weeks to a place where I will have no place for my rabbit and I’m honestly giving him up to have a better home. It’s getting a little harder to take care of him due to the moving situation. If anyone out there who is also a rabbit owner and lives in California who is looking too adopt another.. please reach out to me. I do not want to give him to the shelters or anywhere that I feel wouldn’t be best for him, I want him to have the best little home. He’s 1 years old, turning 2 this year in October and he isn’t spayed yet. Again, if anyone out there wants to help me out, that would be much appreciated.

I got my bunny on July 7 and she looks like mocha but smaller because she is only eight months old and she is perfect it took me forever to get my parents to letting me have a bunny and now the absolutely love her, her name is Elanour

How many times a day do you feed your rabbits? Because I'm going to get a rabbit and I don't want to over feed or under feed lol
Twice a day is usually the norm pellets On the morning and then veggies at night or the other way around its up to you. They need 1 cup of veggies for every 2 lbs of body weight and only a few pellets. Fresh hay should be provided 2 times a day :-)
U can not bond rabbits that haven't been fixed
Zara Mcintyre I feed mine veggies twice a day & pellets once. Keep my hay filled all of the time. Usually I just have to refill my hay in the morning.

I would invest in a lot of toys rabbits grow go through them really fast. Blankets are a good thing to have as well, lots and lots of hay is good to stock up on to.

I have a question for Hailey or anyone else that might know the answer. Do rabbits do ok in taller enclosures? We don’t have a lot of floor space so I was thinking of doing multiple levels tall instead with free roaming most of the time anyways. Thanks for help! Getting my bunnies in a month.

Good luck! Stay as honest and true to your real personality as possible- people feel that and respond to it. A good cute thumbnail photo is crucial! Many TH-camrs has posted advice so watch a bunch of those

I own rabbits too they are rescues! There’s luna she was attacked by a dog. Willow who had her leg amputated because she got trapped in a hunting trap. And hope who was going to be slaughtered for meat.

hey Haley! so i fibally convinced my mom to let me get a bunny, and i have a slight issue. theres no room for a bunny! we have a dog who is allowed in two rooms of the house and the entire yard. i was thinking the basement, but its not a finished basement. i dont know what to do, if you have and tips for me i would appreciate it a lot. my room is pretty small so i could free roam it there, but im so scared of leaving it alone in my room...

Hi hailey, I have a question that I am hoping you could answer. My rabbit has sore hocks and I have the chlorhexidine solution with the water mixture. But my bunny would lick his foot when he was soaking the hocks. Would the chlorhexidine effect him if it got in his system from licking his foot while the hocks were soaking🐇
