Oh my gosh you are NOT crazy. I live alone like you do and I talk to myself all the time. The pandemic has changed a lot of things including my social life. The only problem is when I am out and about I forget and well...I still talk to myself lol! Luckily I am 55 so I dont care what people think of me anymore. Just a tip, after washing your vases, turn them upside down and place on the shelf, it will keep the dust out of them and they will always be sparkling clean when you need them. I agree that the picture of the lady with the red hair you got from the Art Gallery would look great in a gold, ornate frame; something with a tone that matches/complements her hair. I also love all the green plants in the house as they really show up against the black and white decor. I'm glad your pink geranium is still blooming. With Spring here in New Zealand, I am out in the garden whenever I can weeding and planting new flowers and shrubs. I am in Tennessee and we still have fairly warm weather, but it won’t be too long before I need to squeeze plants into the house for winter. I absolutely agree that buying new plants for spring and summer gets too pricey, so save what I already have.
Are weather totally different than yours, though we get extremely cold winters I save what I can 🍃 it’s still really nice out but it’s going to change in one week it’ll all change very fast I’m on top of it. I still got the lower garden to do. 🤷🏼♀️🩷💝💝
