Any idea if you can split the input connectors into the power gate? For instance you have two separate power supplies and you would the ability to chose which external power supply powers the unit. I can’t find any information on it and I can’t seem to find any devices with multiple inputs. I’m sure there’s a simple solution I’m overlooking here.
Where the Epic PWRgate shines is using it for a Winlink gateway. The guidelines of running an Gateway is the system must be running 24/7/365 days and you also need emergency backup power. I use the Epic PWRgate, a 12v 50ah lifepo4 battery, and a 12v 10a power supply to run my gateway and my Yaesu FT-857D.
