Marendse76 PS3 demo/instructional discs. They were packaged in with the first cycle of PS3s. Theres i believe 3 variants, i have 2 of them =)

The Ps3 really set itself up to have quite a few really hard to find 100+ complete random late in sports titles. 2018k NCAA baseball and crap. Resident evil 6 Anthologies is like 150 sealed or like 15 bucks if its opened bc its probably just re6
i just started looking for rarer games today, went to my local stores and i picked up Rise of the Argonauts, Folklore, Terminator Salvation, the history channel Battle for the Pacific and Cival War Secret Missions, Brutal Legends "this one is more just for me XD, and Genji day's of the blade. Wondering what the situation is going to be for PS3 game patches in the future. Will the servers be around for a while? This is one of my main reasons I hate DLC, critical game patches etc. In some cases like one of the recent skateboarding games, the game disc was manufactured with the unfinished game on it and you pretty much had to download the whole game as a patch. (I'm just glad that was a rubbish game anyway).Will be able to preserve and fully enjoy our collections years in the future?
I think that Sony will keep the servers up for many years. they've always supported there products for way longer than others. BTW I heard that the Xbox 360 and PS3 ports of that pro scaring game(tony hawk 5) are way better as they had more time to make the ports.

thanks for checking it out! i mainly just collect for ps3 and ps4. I used to collect everything from the magnavox odyssey to the pc engine and everything in between but that got tire some, exspensive and i just sort of got bored with it. So i sold ALL of it about 4 yrs ago.

Its still as expensive as it was back in the day with used Copies going for more than 35$

Good PS3 video, thanks! I just got Under Defeat HD from Gamestop for $17, but I had to get it shipped from another store all the way across country. The game is awesome, and goes for like $70 to $100 used right now on EBay.

under defeat has gone down in price, it's going to 29.99 on amazon, certainly the Game is overrated, I think there's other ps3 games that will be really rare like Yakuza 4 with the ps3 controller bundle, you don't see that anywhere in stores.
Im not sure where youre at but here in the states under defeat is still $90 on amazon. Ii know in europe its pretty common but over here the price just keeps climbing

Narniak69 just found under defeat used CIB at a local store for $35 in chicago ...the game is overhyped and overpriced.

Those are "welcome" blurays that came with your ps3. They contained demos and videos on how to use the ps3. They were only bundled in early launch ps3s. I think they stopped bundling them in 2008

I have NCAA football 14, the last college football game ever made. Its pretty expensive, over a hundred dollars or more.
Yea PS3 games have skyrocketed over the years and of course theres quite a few games that are pretty uncommon/rare since Ive made posted this video
i have the darksiders collection for xbox 360 i picked it up new for 20 bucks at the warehouse (a store that sells almost everything that is in new zealand)

The reason the Marvel Ultimate Alliance games are pricey is due to them being removed from the playstation store, as the license expired.

i would actually assume they are...but its not really that well known that you could buy either Teen or Mature rating version for the same price. I think once its more of common knowledge and the ps3 is considered classic and more are collecting for it...then yes i do think it will be
If I were you, I'd pick up a game called Hakuoki Stories of the Shinsengumi it is a visual novel excluaove to the ps3 and I have only seen it once in the wild. its cheap right now (amazon sells the collectors edition new for $35)

I have bin trying to track down the more rare PS3 games as well, Recently picked up: Splatterhouse 5$, Nier 5$, Tales Trilogy for 12$, Spiderman: Shattered Dimensions 5$, Dragon's Dogma DA 6$, Ni No Kuni 8$, Asura's Wrath 7$ Puppeteer 5 $ And i think all of these are gonna be expensive in the future, especially Tales Trilogy wich is insanely hard to find. Still looking for: Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse, Star Ocean: The Last Hope, 3D Dot Game Heroes, Trinity Universe and allot more. There are also still PS3 games coming out and if people want to complete PS3 Library's those are gonna get expensive too i think.

I will defenitely check them out! i also forgot to mention i also got the Bioschock Ultimate Rapture Edition for only 5 bucks, i dont really think its gonna get expensive to be honest. I also saw you had Tales of Symphonia and Xillia and you did not highlight them? thoes are the type of games that are gonna get expensive for sure, reason being that alot of collector's like JRPG's. The biggest reason i collect for PS3 is because games like 3D Dot Game Heroes are surely gonna go for 100+ in the future, if i had the money i would be collecting more SNES because thats one of my favourite console's but its just to expensive for me. I can have like 16 Rare/Obscure PS3 for the same price as Chrono Trigger/Earthbound. Anyway, nice channel man!

I think the Yoko Taro games will go up in value, so drakengard 3 and Nier.
The Saboteur is a great game. very underrated. it plays a bit like GTA but set in German occupied Paris during WW2. Game starts in B/W and as you free sections of the city it come back into colour. My only gripe is the awful Irish accent the main character has. being Irish myself I'd have preferred if the voice actor was Irish. But it's still a really enjoyable game. it took me ages to finish it too.
I never did beat it myself. It came out at a bad time when alot of other games were releasing. Definately check out my updated rare ps3 vids
Give it another go it actually gets better as it plays on. I did find it a bit jarring to begin with but stuck it out and thought it was such a beautiful looking game
Saboteur is another one that I must try to pick up, looks like a great game
This far I don't see much people who own a copy of: Siren Blood Curse.

+Satanen Perkele It was released in EU and Japan region on physical media. In NA it was only available in digital media but it came in a episodic format. I still own them, which is a very good game.

I do not actually, waiting for the right time and price. Hopefully gamestop starts a buy 2 get 1 free sale soon. I believe the tailored edition was a PAL exclusive. It looks pretty awesome tho.

I thought this was funny but always when I saw Bulletstorm in a store, the Limited Edition had WAYYYYYYY more copies than the standard. I felt the standard always seemed harder to come by... talk about limited!

Games don't suddenly become rare. They either are rare or they aren't. You can speculate about value, desirability, and availability. The only way they could become more rare is for copies of the game to be destroyed.
I also have 3 copies of Under Defeat HD. You can still find it in the odd place here in the UK but it is getting rare. So if you know of anyone in the U.S who wants a copy I am happy to do them a good deed if they make me a fair offer but will only sell 2 of them as I am also a big ps3 collector.
yea its ridiculous how much that game has shot in price. i got mine off amazon for $30 just because i wanted to play a shoot em up. it regularly sells for $70-100 USED now

PincheChowder its hard to say really. That type of game took a massive plunge after its popularity died out. Maybe some of the obscure ones like van halen or the add on track packs...but as far as the games themselves, probably not

It would be good to give more informed info on games that you talk about such as Eye of Judgment. While the servers are no longer active, the game can still be played PvP locally making the game still a worthy pick-up outside of sealed format if you have another person interested in playing.
Thanks for the heads up. I had no idea you could still play locally. I just figured since they pulled the servers you couldnt do that either so you were basically forced to just play with a CPU.

+MrSerpico145 I played it when it first came out, it had a weird learning curve to it but yes it was indeed enjoyable. Some of the booster packs sold separately are really expensive now, which either got really low print runs, or they have some of the best cards
+CollectorFanatic101 hmm, haven't seen those around. I did manage to pick up a several hundred cards or so locally for cheap. Don't want to go the eBay route for those. too much research to make sure your getting your money's worth with little reliable info on them and their true rarity.
Amazon has them. They have all different kinds of booster packs too. They even have a booster box im half tempted to buy.

As much as I've always wanted to buy Bayonetta, I cannot on the PS3 because it plays like garbage.
Only buy it on 360 (because it was developed for that platform) and Wii U.
The Wii U version of the game plays great. It actually has better frame rate than the 360 and has Nintendo outfits and extra content and bug fixes. It might be rare though since the game only came with Bayonetta 2 for a while and no longer comes with Bayonetta 2 anymore.

Well yeah of course its going to run better. Better hardware. That is the definitive version to play, but I'm saying if you want to play it at all, just don't on the PS3.

No PS3 games will ever become rare you know why? It's a fucking PS3! It's not no PS2. The PS3 was the least desired console of the 7th gen but that doesn't make games for it rare or desirable.
