Hey everyone! In this week's speed build we are recreating a real life historic home in The Sims 4! This Palm Beach Regency Mansion was built by architect Clarence Mack in 1959 and you guessed it, it's located in Palm Beach, Florida. This home will be great for a large family. The home features six bedrooms including one master suite, a guest bedroom, toddler bedroom (can easily be changed to an infant’s room), child’s bedroom, teen bedroom and a converted bedroom/office. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom (six total) and one separate half bathroom. It also includes a large living and dining room with plenty of seating for family and guests and a club/music room. The exterior of the home features a large pool with a great view, pool house (includes half bathroom, bar and bbq), many outdoor patio spaces, a tennis court with basketball hoop, small gardening area and a children's jungle gym. Phew, that was a long list! There's plenty for the whole family to do here.

Thank you so much! 😊 I’m really glad that you enjoyed this build. Although this particular home is located in Palm Beach, FL, there are 32 homes that Clarence Mack built in the Cleveland area. It looks like, through my research, that the Cleveland public library has information on the homes built in the area. It also appears that they all are still in existence too, which is very impressive!
I completely agree with you on the lots in the new expansion. I recently started building in that world and was surprised how many small lots there are. I wish there were a few more that were just a wee bit bigger. And I would have been ok if there were more lots too. 😁

Awwww! Thank you so much! 🥰 Flynn was really quiet this time. I noticed that too. It must have been nap time when we recorded, haha! And I thinking he may have been pecking at my hair hoping to have his head scratched. He can be a big baby sometimes. 😄

Oh! And the song is “Century 21” by Jones Meadow. Epidemic has some great music. Often I find myself listening to their music while building. 🤭
