I’m trying the newcrest legacy challenge and I have too many kids to fit in Newcrest 🤦♀️ This house is perfect for my twin sisters Hecate and Hecuba though 😱 So I’ll probably move them to Sulani since neither is the heir.

Hey @Jessicapie! Great build as always! Quick question maybe you can reply in one of your voiceovers: If you had to choose to live in one of your builds... which one would it be? (To me the Modern Bachelor Pad, not too big so I wouldn't have to spend my day cleaning lol)
I think if I was the only person living there probably my small family home I built fairly recently - but if I’m living with others I would say my latest CC build where I built a large family home in brindleton bay! 🥰
I love this build it’s so pretty I think it’s cool that you plan out the structure before hand so that the overall video is more put together and easier to focus on I like watching speed build but sometimes I get impatient and it drives me crazy when I have to watch someone change a shell 30 times

I really love your builds. I wish I could download them but I play on Xbox and I think you're doing this on PC because you're talking about mods and stuff.
Also, something I do that I haven't seen in any homes I've downloaded is that I would make a triangle room and then put either a bookshelf or a Grandfather clock in there with a round archway. My sister always makes fun of my dislike of corners in rooms. 🤣

lets add big rocks under the slide... so that if they fall, instead of water, they hit rocks LOLOL i know it cant happen cause its the sims and not a real slide but it made me laugh

This is a great house! I think I'm going to use it for my legacy challenge now that my family has a bit of money. Seriously though, very nice! I love that patio at the end of the pier, perfect! 😍

I wish there was actually a slide in this game. Ugh
I love it so much I am in Aww but.... I would put like coral and corals in the rock and not plants , like I like the plants with it but I just prefer corals but other then that great job :)

the thing I found about rotating chairs with tool though is that sims will still sit on them while they're rotated, it's quite funny but not very realistic

I absolutely love how you take an inspo pic and then make it even better in the sims!! I really wanted to download this in my game but there are some packs like: realm of magic, that i dont have.. So could you make a build where you build in a world and then only use the pack that the world came with? (and the basegame obv) ????
Ahhhh thank you!! In terms of downloading the build (if you still want to) and you don’t have certain packs, I don’t limit the packs I use but sometimes I might only use like 1 or 2 things from a certain dlc, if you were to download it and you don’t have them the game will replace the objects / sometimes delete them!
You are such a darling!! I get so frustrated with my math skills rotating an object using TOOL but you pop right through it. 🙄

this build is how i *think* my builds will look and then i finish and it’s some ugly beach cabana that looks like it barely survived 7 hurricanes

Probably is a bit dangerous yeah 🤣😅 but I put a pretend lifeguard chair up on the balcony so if worse comes to worse they can get cpr x

Another gorgeous build. Hopefully I can find this on the gallery. When I type in your name I get 0 results. I know you post to the gallery. I type in the name of your build it might come up. I have try a few times, then 1 or 2 of your builds may load on the gallery. I am not sure why the gallery behaves this way on console.
I understand what you mean about awkward photos when sharing a house on the gallery.I built a lively Victorian cottage and shared it. All there was is trees. Lol

I got the tool mod but I’m so confused on how to use it haha how did you get it in the build mode ?
I have the build mode option (only stating because there used to be a live mod one and not sure if it’s still popping about!) & I press Ctrl T to get the mod up in build mode!

Should be in the top left corner of the screen! Always keep the original lot name in case you wanna place it where I built 🫶🏼
