I'm not sure where you got your information about the Amazons fighting in the Trojan War(except maybe from reading Homer's stories which were written hundreds if not thousands of years after the war), but as someone who has studied Greek, Egyptian, Persian, Hittite and other South East European and Middle Eastern cultural history for nearly 40 years, the only tales told about the Amazon women come from stories written nearly 8000 years after they were supposed to have existed. Like Atlantis the Amazons lived long before the times of Theseus, Achilles and the Trojan Wars. Just like Atlantis the Amazon Warrior Women disappeared from the face of the earth without a trace. There are many legends saying that they merged themselves with the ancient Mongols of Western Asia or traveled through the Empires of Babylon and into what is now India( a country whose own history lists dozens of very famous warrior women). However there is one thing I do know for sure, the battle shields used by these women were identical to those described in Homer's stories of the military forces of the Sea Peoples who participated in the Trojan War against the Greeks. However none of this can be true as Atlantis had already been destroyed by the time of the Trojan War and the region in and around the Black Sea was mostly controlled by city states empires with the most powerful at that time being the Hittites. There is no written history of the Hittites or any other Black Sea empire mentioning the Amazon women let alone fighting them( that is until Homer came along a couple of hundred years later). Not even the Babylonian Empire mentions the Amazonians in their histories, So how can it be that the Persian Empire which existed nearly 1300 years after the Trojan War would even do trade with a group of women who haven't existed since the fall of Atlantis.
