a good video, and informative. I bought the YN 35mm in 2022 and used it a bit but prefer the 50mm so just left it. Started using it again a few days ago and I love it. Mine does not have the problems you mentioned above. Maybe you just have a bad copy? Must mention also when i bought it the first time I was still a newbie. I have more experience now and am more familiar with my Canon 90D.
Amazing first product review. 👍 The video started pretty slow but picked up the pace later on. Also it doesn't have to be a 1 long take of video. Put small clips back to back, that would deliver the content more efficiently I feel. Looking forward for more such videos. 😍💯 Thanks!
Is not noticeable on your D700, because is too old, with no video options. Use in a D750 or recent cameras and try focusing or in canon with any camera withdual pixel.
There are reviews on this lens - noise while focusing & some internal parts are loose. I have canon ef 50mm f1.8 for apsc. Good one. You might be knowing reviews by Christopher Frost.
I have same issue with my nikon d3200. But my return time is over, so i wasted my money. Even in manual focus it doesn't accept the click and I'm pissed off.

I did not have this problem. It is focusing good with my D700.
Hi, Probably Nikon Version doesn't have this issue, I faced it with my Canon Camera
I saw lot of people having trouble with yongnuo on their canon camera
Even some of the viewers face this issue its not very clear you need to look carefully😐
@@kyon_03 must be canon just shot a visual with a 35mm yongnuo and it was better than my stock nikon nikkor 18 - 55
