      It doesn't matter; a violation is a violation. Garland is not qualified to do anything but take his butt home or prison whenever he is charged and convicted. He don't have the character, strength, or patriotism to head the DOJ. Can't see how he faces anyone being a Constitution violator. No pride in this man. He abuses his title and power. Check his bank records; maybe payoffs show he is a devoted flunky for additions to his legal salary. Members objecting to hear the truth makes Americans with common sense believe the objectors are involved in this corruption.

    • @nomadjensen8276
      @nomadjensen8276 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@garysnow1475 your preaching to the converted my friend. I will my exercise constitutional right to keep and bear arms, and open fire on any who attempt to disarm me either through corrupt bureaucratic means or by more direct aggressive means. I'm afraid everyone else will look around waiting for "someone else" to make a stand first so I suppose that someone should be me if that moment comes. I know my history and the moment your "government" demands that the people be disarmed is the moment they are no longer your government but instead your owner and dictator and history has clearly proven that anyone who aims to disarm peaceful citizens are the enemy of freedom and peace. I have had guns pointed at me on three separate occasions in my life and one of those moments were my local police force after my deranged neighbor ( who was a metro cop and also a psychopath) called in a false report of me shooting his house when I had been target shooting at my legal gun range at my home. I was swatted by 8 cops and they made no effort to announce their presence as law enforcement and made threats to kill me as their opening gambit. That did not go well for them as many bullies in history realize when they inevitably cross paths with someone that they cannot intimidate through violent methods and threats of death. It was quite the scandal and they were very lucky that I was a lawful an decent person with no intention of harming anyone but rather a quiet introvert who enjoys target shooting. I was coming out of the top loft of my house with an empty rifle after finishing my target shooting an was gathering my gun cleaning kit and did not have my rifle loaded. My metro cop neighbor had just lost a lawsuit that my sister filed after his dogs had attacked my sister and her shit zu puppy. So it was a retaliation against us for daring to hold him accountable for his negligence and failing to worship the ground he walked on because anyone who wears a badge is superior and unerring compared to ordinary peasants like myself. Watching the newly appointed sheriff of my town spin the events of the evening to fit a blue sympathetic narrative was quite alarming but completely expected and is par for the course in today's society. This was in 2016 right after several cops were ambushed across the nation and the pig men were on high alert and very jumpy. My neighbor knew what he was doing when he made a fraudulent call to the local police and he almost got several people killed. You don't sneak up on a man's property and scream "Move and I will shoot you in the fucking head" while in concealment leaving that person to believe that his life was in jeopardy to unknown assailants. Some of us have had guns pointed as us and been shot at before and aren't easily cowed by the threat of being injured or killed. I'm this world there still exist people who have a modicum of courage and won't back down without a fight. Anyone reading this should take note that courage in the face of death is something that hasn't been snuffed out entirely. I wish we could all live in peace but there are monsters wearing human skin and far to many of them wear badges and hold high office. And I believe they will make their move against freedom sooner rather than later. Tighten your buckle and lace up your boots because we are closer than ever to the threshold which once is crossed, stepping back is no longer possible.

Senator Cruz just made the statement right then and there, Garland did not leave the table or make a call to the FBI PR department, so how does Garland come to the knowledge of them disagreeing with the Senator's statement? Time travel? Telepathy? Sticking his head up his butt? How? Maybe he should apply this amazing talent to identifying protestors who violated federal law right in front of US Martials who were there for the specific purpose of protecting Supreme Court Justices from such violations. Or maybe he could use this talent to identify firebombers who took credit for their firebombing attacks.

      Would you like to live in a country where people can be prosecuted without being arrested? Think about that. When you can be convicted in absentia when you aren't MIA, when by the time you are arrested you have already been convicted, what chance do you have for a legal defense?
      I suspect from your comment that you, like "lyin' ted" are wanting to tilt the justice system against your political opponents/enemies. But here's the things about THAT:
      Once you have eliminated YOUR political enemies, those in power still need enemies to rail against and eliminate. When there isn't anyone left, YOU will become the next in line, the next to be tried and convicted without an arrest, arrested already convicted of whatever they choose to claim against you for political purposes. Unless you have more political power than the established powers already do. I'm willing to bet you don't.
      If you can't see that you are actually arguing against your own long-term interests, then you are as small-minded as "ted" is.

      If Cruz would have shut up long enough to allow him to answer, regardless of whether you like the answer he was choosing to give or not, it would have served the same purpose without all the drama. But then of course he wouldn't be so big and popular with the public without the entertainment value. If the person is allowed to word a question in such a specific way as to elicit the specific response they are hoping for, the person answering should be given the same respect to word their response in such a way as they themselves intend. Cruz is very intelligent, passionate, and has an awesome team of advisors helping him through this stuff, but he is more than anything else, a Bully. The Fed is no doubt at fault when they were too slow in controlling inflation in the beginning and now they are trying to do extreme catchup. The pandemic, the supply chain issues, and the Ukraine war all contribute to this perfect storm of brewing inflation. Don't forget the big spike in housing prices, that's another reason the Fed is having a hard time-fighting inflation. All in all, cash in king now and milk that high savings rate if you got the cash.
