    Sometimes when I close my eyes, I can see tiny clusters of black squiggly things throught my eye walls. I cant find any videos showing animation of those squiggly things in my eye. (I'm not talking about floaters but little black worm like things) what is that?

      You may be seeing after images of your retinal blood vessels in your eye. If they look kind of like roots of a tree spreading out from a cluster, then that could be what you are seeing. Nothing to worry about. Just fun to look at!

      That is exactly as you described. However if they are an after image, how come I see them moving? (Like a rope being wiggled, but the anchor point doesn't move)

      @@ManoToor Our eyes involuntarily shake on their own. We call this microsaccades. They help us keep our vision engaged, but whether the light is on or off, they eyes will do this, which could be giving you that visual perception that you are describing. Interesting topic though!
