DITHERPAINT99 program test 2 (prerelease)

​DitherPaint-99 for the Texas Instruments TI99 series of home computers is an Extended Basic program that allows the user to pictures using a variety of custom character tiles in different dither patterns.
A fairly major functionality update from the last video.
