Also different supes have a different durability in the show depending on how strong the V is in their blood now a gun at point blank isn’t sharp enough nor enough force for Victoria meaning that she is also strong physically which is presumably why the knife does damage. Also going back to soldier boy, homelander did say to black noir that no matter how much he sharpens his knife it wont cut soldier boy also meaning supes have different durability. But in your defense sure starlight cant take bullets but she also couldn’t take getting a tracking chip out of her skin when she left the seven causing her skin to open. So to sum it all up, you really need something very sharp and a lot of force to really puncture Victoria Neuman, though she is most likely somewhere durable as soldier boy since she can take bullets and can cut her skin with physical strength only with her hand on the knife. One more thing, supes can also punch through people with brute force which takes a lot of force to open something as flexible as human skin. Take hughie for example when he punch through a russian soldier with brute force
